They are very sloppy and don't communicate well. I would recommend someone else.

They tried to pre-charge my credit card $126 for $28 worth of gas at the pump. I wound up on the phone late at night with my bank's fraud department after they emailed an alert. Needless to say, an unnecessary scare and waste of my time just because I wanted to simply buy gas. Never again.

Reporting 7-Eleven936 Eastway Dr,store #37282Charlotte North Carolina 28205704-334-5865/ On March 6th,2021 and the early afternoon I went to 7-Eleven to pay my rent. I had never paid my rent in this form before and the cashier acted as if she was confused about the whole process as well. My rent total is 838.92 + their 3.99 fee totally $842.91, I gave her $860 and she gave me back correct change VIA CALCULATOR. I thought that was strange that this lady needed a calculator to give me back my change but nevertheless I left the store and didn't think anything about it. My rent office notified me on 3/10/2021 that my rent was unpaid and for me to pay it ASAP with a $10 late fee. I immediately looked at my receipt and called the store manager that completed the transaction for me that day. She then informed me that she was wondering why her drawer came up over $843 that day,and for me to come in and she'll have my money ready for me. When I came in she had conveniently left and has been avoiding my calls since. This lady took advantage of me because I'm young, voided my payment and put my rent payment in her pocket. I've requested cameras be checked for that day and been getting ignore ever since. Please help me before I become HOMELESS!

I frequent this location & it is always super disappointing. One time I came to this location, I was getting gas, but i needed to use the restroom. I went inside & asked to access the restroom & was rudely told they aren't open to the public. The next day I went to this 7-Eleven to grab a gallon of water and a couple protein bars & someone was coming out of the bathroom! Another time, I wanted to purchase a protein bar that was on sale: 2/$3. I went to the register to make my purchase and the guy (who had visible, open wounds all over his arms) told me my total was $7. I told him that I saw a tag that said they were on sale- 2/$3. He gave me the most vacant expression. I thought he would go and double check himself or at least ask one of his coworkers to double check the price. No...he just continued to stare at me. So I, as the customer had to go look. I took a picture of the sale sticker and returned to the register & showed him the price. He scanned my protein bars and threw them on the counter! Besides being treated in an unprofessional manner, I was concerned about whether or not he was responsible for handling the food considering the had multiple open wounds. Lastly, the floor is NEVER clean. There's always trash and stains everywhere.
