Don’t waste your time. ALL Pumps were not working/turned off despite people working at the store. No signs out or anything indicating that there were issues. Don’t recommend.

Have been here several times within 2 yrs span. I would say that 6 out of 10 times that I have been here, there is a problem w/the pumps or the card reader. Fuel may be cheaper than any other Charlotte location, but not at the risk of possible card theft.

Pay through the app so I can not have contact or have to interact with the clerks. Finished paying and see on the pump "CLERK HAS RECEIPT". What is the point? If I didn't have to have it for my expense report I wouldn't get a receipt.

Closes at 8 and even though all the pumps are new with card readers they turn those off too.

The 2 employees who were closing the station tonight decided to turn off the gas pumps a few minutes before 10:00, just after I’d arrived and began to use the pump; which caused me to have to go to a different station nearby. When I went to the door to ask them if I could use the pump it was already locked... apparently they don’t hold people/their customers in as high of regard as I thought. I called the # listed for this location, but it’s been disconnected.

I'd rather ride a horse than get gas from this place. Cashier was a sweetheart and the only redeemable quality of this station. The manager on the other hand was possibly the rudest customer service experience I've ever had. Permanently lost my business over a dollar in quarters. Hope this place goes under.

Hadn't been here in years due to treatment but different management. Went in today and the two gentlemen who will working about an hour ago they're wonderful. This store was clean, unlike the last time I saw it.
