I got lay off so I couldn’t keep up with my payments for a month or 2 I ended up losing all of my furniture and belongings 10 years plus of memories and all of my daughters things I’m so heartbroken ?

This location gets a 3 star review. Dumpster always full (or so it seems) and you can only use the carts during office hours now. Currently switching storage companies due to their "In store" rates being unreasonable.Customer service wise, Jade is the one you want to deal! Straight shooter who knows what she's talking about and personally helped fix a problem when I was switching units! Jade gets 5 stars all day

We have been renting for about three years and this location has drastically gone down hill. We were told a tent community is by the power lines next to the building. Customer Service, security and carts have gotten worse along with several price increases. One of the main thing people should be concerned about is security. Several time we have gone to our unit and the doors are off the track and wide open. We have called the office to let them know and are told they are aware of it. But don’t seem to be urgent to them. It has gotten so bad that several units have been broken into. This last time was it for us. We since have moved our three units to another location and company. We noticed a few units that were broken into, their belonging have been in the hall/walkway for probably a little over a month. It seem like the office didn’t even notify the tenants or secured their belongings. When we had inquired they laughed it off and said their hands are tied, it is up to the district/regional management to approve anything. So if you have units at this location you should go and check them. Make sure you are not one of the units what were broken into. And take note to how many times you arrive to see open doors for anyone that is not a tenant, to just walk in. Don’t forget to bring a cart if you have items to unload or pick up that you don’t want to carry. They haven’t had usable carts in a while now. Also be prepared to keep getting rent increases our units have more then doubled in price.

Very clean place inside & good customer service, but the outside is filthy. I would suggest locking the dumpsters up better or fining people for leaving trash because the customers here apparently have no home training in cleaning up after themselves!

I was looking for a place to store some equipment I use for My business as I am relocating. Ashley was excellent at attending to My needs. I informed her of my situation, and she was more than happy to go above and beyond My expectations. She took the initiative to show Me several vacant units so I could make an informed decision on what would work for My needs. I’m grateful for Ashley’s willingness to ensure I found a space to hold My equipment. I give them 5 stars, and highly recommend anyone needing storage to contact Ashley.

They never open on time! The sign says they open at 9am, No they open when they want. They locked my storage where I can’t gain access to it because I was late on my payment. Once the payment was made they still didn’t unlock my storage right away. Then they raised my storage price without notice by $45 more than what I originally agreed to. Do yourself a favor, find another storage facility

**Warning: long, theatrical, slightly dramatized review. Read at your own risk of entertainment!**So, I decided to adult and clean my thrift store I call my home and move some of the things that “I can’t live without” but never use into storage. You know the workout machine “to unbig my back” or the sewing machine that “one day will use to sew an outfit for my niece.” I bought the machine before she was born … she’s seven now.Anywho, went online to Smart Storage because they were highly recommended from my friends. After doing was seemed to be theoretical physics I figured I needed a 5 x 7 unit. But to my dismay it wasn’t available. After, a short temper tantrum I booked a 5 x 10 unit.After, packing my car and I headed on my adventure to Smart Storage. Very nice, clean and secure building. What I didn’t know, is that inside was a labyrinth of units that would give Indianan Jones a run for his money. I walked around what seemed like 3 days looking for my unique unit. I found it and it was way too large. Sad face!!! So I traced all my Fitbit steps and went to the front office for help.Here enters my storage super hero Ashley!!!! She was fantastic. First she pointed out that the instruction online advised to stop by the front office first. Reading is fundamental.I whined about how large my unit was and how difficult it was for me to find. Ashley found me a 5 x 7 unit, extremely close to an exit. She even walked me to my unit and showed me how to use the locks, key pad and dolly, lol! Clearly she could tell I needed all the help I could get. She turned an experience of epic proportions to an anti climatic task. If it wasn’t for her, I would have probably cancelled my act of adulting and return all my items to their original home. Thanks Ashley!
