If I could give this location less than 1 star I would. I recently had a terrible experience at this location with a short to avg. height, dark haired female sales associate. I believe all the staff members need coaching looking at other reviews.I came in with a return and the sales associate had an obvious attitude that I had a return. She asked for my number to pull up my profile while I was searching for my return confirmation that stated for me to go to any Express to have my item returned. She thought she was so smart telling me that I couldn't do it because of a new return policy that wouldn't allow me to return anything past 30 or 60 days since she couldn't see what I purchased on her end. She continued to have an attitude, talked over me when I was explaining the return is within that time period and the email sent to me since the return was already processed. Then, she kept telling me that I needed to call customer service. I asked her to call customer service because this return is already in process and I just needed to bring the item to any Express location. She finally called and understood the situation. Then, she started to apologize to me telling me she didn't know. I calmly told her if you listened to me as I was explaining then you would have. Completely disrespectful and rude.This incident occurred on Friday February 23rd, 2024 @ around 6:45p-7:30p. A few things here 1. Show some respect 2. The customer is always right 3. Don't attempt to make your problem the customer's problem. Truly a horrible experience.

Drove all the way there and they left the tags on my clothes. Wasn’t even busy. Not only that but didn’t receive a paper receipt which makes it difficult to go to another location to get them off!

I recently had a negative experience at an Express store, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. I have been a loyal Express customer for almost 10 years, but after this incident, I'm reconsidering my future shopping decisions with the brand.I had placed an online pickup order for some items for a special event. The website indicated that I could pick up the items the next day. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email notification, so I decided to visit the store to inquire about my order. Upon speaking to an employee, I was informed that they didn't have the stock matching the items I had ordered. I accepted this explanation, thinking it might be due to an online glitch.However, while browsing the store, I stumbled upon the exact item I had ordered, right in front of me. Naturally, I was puzzled and approached the same employee. I politely asked if they could fulfill my online order since they had the stock available, only to be told that it couldn't be done, and I would have to purchase the item at the store price, which was more than double what I had already paid online.This left me feeling deceived and disappointed. It seemed as though the employee either lacked the knowledge to handle the situation appropriately or wasn't willing to provide assistance. Their statement about the item not being available in stock clearly contradicted what I could see in front of me.In an attempt to resolve the issue, I contacted customer service later, but unfortunately, they informed me that they couldn't intervene with store orders.I visited the store on July 21st at 6:45 PM ET.I hope that Express can provide additional training to its employees to ensure better customer service and transparency when addressing issues with online orders. As a longstanding customer, I believe it is essential for the brand to take customer feedback seriously and work towards improving the overall shopping experience.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope my feedback helps in enhancing Express' service quality.

Used to work at an Express 16 years ago.... Not sure what's up with Malls these days but the store seemed very understaffed. Men's section had clothes not folded everywhere and made it really hard to find anything.

I had a terrible experience at this location. Manager Danielle wasn’t helpful at all, showing her attitude instead of resolving the issue. Horrible customer service.

I would give this express a zero star if I could. The store that was supposed to be open until 9:00pm on Friday evening was locked when I arrived at 7:00pm. No big deal if something happened and they were understaffed or something. What really got to me was the employee that taped this on the window in my face and basically gave me a “f” off attitude when I tried to ask a question. I wish she had a name tag so I could identify her. If Express corporate sees this review, it is August 19th, 2022 shortly after 7:00pm ET. Maybe you can see who was working and address this.

The cashier that was working on 3.11 at 11.45am was very arrogant. I had a return and had a question about the refund amount. She just said she doesn't make the prices and turned around like she is done talking to me although I was was very polite. Express is hiring now obviously everything what they can. Please give your employees some training in customer service. They need is badly. I will think twice before purchasing anything at express again.

Closes at 6pm. That’s what time the majority of the world gets off work. How are you going to close 3 hours earlier in the rest of the mall?? COVID & Staffing shortages are not a valid excuse anymore..hire more people to keep your stores running
