Excellent, Excellent, Excellent service from day 1 of browsing to last day of delivery.I especially want to give a shout out to Ms. Tammy for working with me step by step via text. I had a slight delay after purchasing the tub with a service change and they were very understanding and held my tub for me. (1 star to our lovely slow tax paid service but that had nothing to do with billards and spa)The delivery guys were very professional and gave me lots of into at delivery.

I had Everything Billiards in Huntersville dismantle my Pool table, move it 40 minutes away, put it back together as well replace the felt and they did an amazing job. They were on time and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I really enjoyed working with this company. I’m assuming it was the owner, Alex, who was very easy to work with and prompt in his responses through text… My Pool Table was 50 years old and it did get a slight crack in moving to the new location (I believe it happened when an embedded screw was very difficult to remove)…They did the right thing and replaced it and even replaced the two sections that were not cracked as well which I really appreciated. I would highly suggest this company to move your Pool Table…As it turns out, I may be in the business of a new hot tub soon and would have no qualms about doing business with them again for that!

Hands down a fantastic company to work with. Judson and his team are amazing. We took a very long time to make a decision on buying a spa. We feel 1,000% confident having waited and worked through Everything Billiards. The spa itself is amazing and we recommend it highly to our friends. Great craftsmanship, high quality, great end results. The installation technician was on time fast and friendly and gave us some great tips too. I love that my spa also has a mobile app. Their offerings are vast, the follow-up and customer service has been amazing, and we couldn't be more pleased. The wait is over, this is the company to go with! We've also purchased other products from them in the past and their quality continues to shine through.
