If you go to the Midtown EWC location in Charlotte ask for LaMia! She always makes the experience smooth, comfortable and quick! 10/10 recommend her as the other staff I have had here just do not compare!!

All they do from start to finish is try to up sell you. I used to go to the SouthPark location and don't remember the women there doing this. You are on the table, fully exposed in a vulnerable situation and have to listen to waxer going on and on abt more services, products, etc. It is horrible. Then you get another sales burger when you check out. I actually have a burn mark on my inner thigh from yesterdays wax and that should not happen ever - especially after $70! I'm going back to South Park location until my package runs out and then will find a non-franchise salon for waxing.

I have been coming to European Wax Center for my Brazilian needs for years and they have been great! I had great experiences previously when I went to the South Park location but decided to try the Midtown location since it was closer to me and I couldn’t be happier! I go to Mina and she is amazing!!! So friendly, so gentle and she really takes her time to ensure you leave happy! I will continue to come to this location and will continue to go to Mina!

Lamia is awesome and she makes you feel real comfortable. She has a bubbly personality and is so full of energy. My husband went to her also for his first time getting waxed and she made him feel very comfortable through the process. She is a whole vibe and I love her! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone.

Fredericka was absolutely amazing. I had such a great experience with her. This was my second time getting a brazilian, but my first session with her. I was really scared going into it after my first brazilian with someone else was very painful. Fredericka was so nice and calming. She constantly was checking in with me to see how I was feeling, she talked me through everything she was doing, and her waxing techniques caused me no pain at all. She also is so attentive to detail and was focused on making sure I was having a positive experience. The results were flawless!! 12/10 recommend her, she does not disappoint!
