I visited from out of town and decided to get my brows waxed. It had been a while since U was trying to grow them out from over plucking in my teens (iykyk).
Everyone that worked there was incredibly kind and my esthetician (Lynda) was very personable and was fun to talk to. I had a great time until I looked at my brows. They had been waxed soooo thin. Years worth of regrow was gone. I really don’t want to write a bad review but I do hope this helps someone from feeling the way I felt when I saw my hard work gone.

The greatest experience ever!!! Maya and the receptionist greeted me in great spirits and hospitality! My esthetician was very patient, kind and walked me through my first time getting a wax! So excited for my next visit!

I have been going to this location for almost 3 years.
The last 2 visits had me breaking out bad, the technique seems the same… maybe using a new type of wax ?
Also the receptionist is rude as hell.
Told her I didn’t want the wax pass and ever since then, she wanna be unnecessarily rude. Maybe they get a commission for it or so. I’m not sure.
I wouldn’t necessarily recommend anyone to go to this one .. I’m going to try a different location.
