I went into this shop to inquire about tanning packages but was informed that they no longer have any tanning services. They need to rebrand, rename, and redo their sign because it's highly misleading and wastes potential customers' time.

I tried this salon out 2 weeks ago as this is near my house, and i had a great manicure/pedicure done by the woman & the salon was empty. I return 2 weeks later and the man & woman were raving about how well my gel stayed, which i thought was great until now. I had the prep work done by the woman and the man did my gel polish. I am having the worst time with the gel polish peeling hours later and ruining my clothes since the bottom layers didn’t cure well and smudged all around, and they didn’t use the polish brand i picked out that i think is a bad brand/old. The salon was empty yet again and now I can see why. I went during “odd” hours during the week but now i see that as a red flag. Won’t be returning & will be going somewhere else to get this fixed.

I love this place. It's not especially glamorous aesthetically, but they do a great job. It's a husband and wife team. The husband is outstanding with my ombré and listens to my request. It's not too hard to get in and when there is a wait, they let you know and give an accurate estime of the wait time. I go through phases where I get my nails done, then I'll stop for 9 months or so. They always remember me and my husband. No complaints. Totally underrated.

Nice and relaxing waiting area. You can hear the soothing sounds of the flowing water. After a short period waiting time, the lady walked me into the waxing area. She is very accommodating and nice. The service was very good and quick too. Very skillful and friendly. The ambiance was relaxing with calming music. Great price! Highly recommended.

They're so attentive to detail, treat everyone so kind and the dad always does an amazing job on my nails. Worth the wait when they get busy. It's only a few of them working unfortunately.

They told me they were busy with 2 ppl in the nail salon. All I wanted was gel polish on my toes. I do not recommend.

LEARN TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS.... So I've been going to this place for over a year (strictly getting only pedicures and my eyebrows waxed). There's a husband and wife that are the only ones working (every blue moon their son is there assisting)... Anywho, I got there this morning at approximately 9:10a and waited in the parking lot for them to open, mind you they don't open until 9:30a. The husband and wife arrived approximately at 9:25a. I walked in right behind them and told them I was there to get my normal services. They instantly asked me of I could come later because they have a client on the way to get a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows. So you turn away definite money for potential money??? What business does that? Keep in mind the "appointment" was not yet there. And help me to understand this... It takes two of you to service one person??? I said all of this to say they have OFFICIALLY lost a client of over a year. I ended up coming to V-Nails (3509 David Cox Rd) for my normal services and my eyebrows look AMAZING and my pedicure is so relaxing. Thank you Escape Nails for turning me away because I think I've found my new nail shop

The only reason why I am writing this review is because I used to love this place until today. Everybody there knows us however I felt very disrespected today when I came in to get my daughters toes done and while we were getting her toes done they proceeded to talk about how much they were going to charge us in Vietnamese and going back-and-forth on two different prices. Be careful what you say in different languages because you never know what language people speak.

Went to the salon around 6pm on a Thursday night without an appointment. I was the only customer there after a pedicure was completed on someone else. There were only 2 people working and 6 people came in after me a few moments later. The staff did the best they could to juggle between customers... my nails took forever but the end product was nice even after the man tech tried to talk me out of getting SNS to get acrylic powder because it was quicker..One of my nails chipped 2 days after...service wasn’t bad but it was very inconvenient especially with one of my nails chipping.

2 stars because the guy who did my toes did a wonderful job. But my nails! Oh my! I asked for an acrylic overlay with gel and they gave me the thickest little chiclets with streaked polish I could’ve ever even imagined. Horrible experience. Never again.
