I want to start off by saying I am a 10+ year loyal member with enterprise and my complaint is about one of their employees at the airport. I walked up to the counter and ask the lady how she was doing ? She lifts her head and ask me "do I have a reservation"? With this attitude as if I am bothering her ? The appropriate response should've been "I am good , how about you " Anyway, I replied "yes" and she she says "license & credit card" After a few seconds, she ask me for a second form of ID with my picture on it ? This is the first time in all these years they ask me for a second form of picture id. As I was trying to figure out where I can find a second picture I'd from , she gets back to watching TikTok on her phone ? I asked her for her name and she refuse to give it to me....I ask for a manager and Andrew came out and also didn't tell me what her name was. (She was African America, fake black straight hair, fake white nails, white Apple Watch, and black glasses) I get that he is going to defend his team member, but at the expense of loyal customers. I am almost certain this is not her first complaint. Advice to all: if you don't like your job, leave and find something different. This employee lacked professional, customer service, and in my case a sprinkle of compassion would've prevented you from losing a long time customer. I am grateful for hertz whom was right next to them and they actually rented me a car with great customer service.

We have rented from Enterprise numerous times and have never been disappointed. Consistent great service, fast and friendly. Fair prices too!

My husband and I got a one-way Enterprise rental from one of the major airports. They have an advanced check-in which I availed of. Pickup was a breeze. We just went directly to the car and drove off. No waiting at the desk. Drop off couldn’t be any easier either. Easiest car rental transaction ever. Will probably use them again if needed. Thank you Enterprise.

Love the Enterprise App allows you to check in and reserve your vehicle ahead of time and go directly to vehicle pick up avoiding all lines. The staff is very friendly and professional. The vehicle is always ready and clean. Off the plane and on the road within minutes. Dropping off the vehicle is even easier and the staff is awesome. Will definitely use enterprise again in the future.

The people here are very nice and got us in a vehicle quickly. But the only thing I didn't know until the end of the rental, that my rental was a calendar day rental instead of a 24 hour rental. I thought this was weird. I have never heard of a calendar day rental.

Steve conducted both our pickup and dropoff. Very personable professional and easy to talk to. He seems like he's in a good mood and knows what he's doing and that makes all the difference in a customer service industry. Enterprise has always delivered well when I need a van with carseats.

Check in was easy. I did the pre-registration and there was no line (unlike my prior experience with some of the other rental car companies). The car was great, and returning it was just as easy.
