My experience from beginning to end was amazing! Jacob picked me up, Shakur processed my reservation and got me into my rental, the manager Brad was there to answer all of my question and process my rental drop off. This team is truly exceptional!

I received great service from John. He really took some time to help me find the right vehicle and when I got a flat tire he helped me get it fixed quickly.John is a true professional who understands the meaning of customer service. Shakur does not know how to properly conduct business. I was lied to several times & he put an unauthorized charge on my card. I will never use enterprise again. A lot of the problems could’ve been worked out if shakur was just honest but sadly he’s a liar & a crook. I talked to corporate twice about my experience with shakur. Hopefully they take disciplinary action. Enterprise should be ashamed to have someone like him on their team. I had problems with shakur from the beginning and end of my time with enterprise. If you’re going to use enterprise, ask for anyone other than shakur!

Reservations are not actually reservations for cars. The guy working was very rude and essentially gaslights what the definition of what the word reservation means. I get like I was in a Sienfeld sketch

This is the worst location ever do not book, high turnover rate with employees, they will call to clear your balance and then turn around and charge a numerous amount. Customers have to pay for employees mistake . I was doubled charge with no explanation. Regarding a rewrite on contract, employee response”John” quoted “ this location have numerous of screw up” . Corporate complaint was filed. None will pull monitor or recorded line phone call regarding the outstanding payment, asking for another deposit. Also the same card I used for prev deposit& payments , was not accepted I was told you have to have card physically(the way technology is set no one carry’s card physical everything is generated on mobile pay. In result with having the funds ,after paying full prev balance and forced to put down another down payment etc I had to remove all my personal items and out of the vehicle stranded at this location with no care in the world. Only employee helped was shacore(great employee) John was very rude. Never will I ever rent at this location again

Joey is super professional, friendly, and always tries to exceed expectations. The only downside is that this location always seems to be short vehicles and doesn’t have a one you want to rent.

I deal with Enterprise all over the Carolinas and this is one location my company uses often. They are great and very patient dealing with the sometimes chaotic nature of the hotel they are located in. If you ever go there ask for Shakur or Joseph and they will set you up well.

I had a really great experience. Shakur was awesome in getting me in and out quickly and made sure I had everything I needed with an awesome car. I like renting from Enterprise because you can tell customer service is important to the company as reflected in great associates like Shakur. Helped they were in the same hotel (doubletree suites) we were staying in.

Made a reservation 3 weeks In advance. Called in because we've had issues before with this enterprise. Someone told my wife that nothing was available, and instead of them helping us they told my wife to call around and figure it out herself.
