Rented a full size car, arrived and it wasn’t available. They offered to give me a compact car or I would have to pay extra for a small SUV. Car smelled like weed. If they don’t have what you reserved, they should give you the next upgrade at the same price

Insurance set up a reservation to have a rental car after being in a wreck the previous day. I arrive a few hours after the reservation was made and to my surprise there was no rental available. They told me I would have to wait another two days or move the reservation to another location. I don’t understand why they would wait until I got there to tell me they didn’t have a rental available instead of just calling me to keep me informed. This was a complete waste of time.

It’s madness what have become to the world of customer service. These people act like they are doing you favor. While it’s the other way around. My experience with ET have been so horrendous lately. I’m gonna start asking my company to removed them from our prefer company list of prefer venues. AMEX GBT use them a lot and I always push for them as well. However, my recent experiences have been so appalling I have no energy to list everything that went wrong. Just BAD!!

I want to start off saying Jared is amazing this review is not for or towards him. I was put into a rental car via my insurance they paid for their portion while my car was being totaled out well my time ran out so I went to get another week I paid out of pocket for it when i was there i asked a male staff if i needed more time what do i do he told me to just come back in and renew the agreements well my week was up again I needed more time I just needed one extra day as my car I'm purchasing will be here and ready tomorrow I went in today on Oct 9th and had the rudest older staff member they could have there he told me there wasn't anymore time I could get for the car after being told all I needed to do was come back in and renew it I was not able to renew it they wanted it to go back to retail price which I was okay with but they also wanted to charge a 350 deposit after I had already paid a deposit with my insurance. At the end of the day I ended up going onto turo and renting a local car from an amazing lady and it was cheaper even If would have paid retail for just a day. This staff member needs better customer service and the other one should have told me from the beginning that after one extension I wouldn't be able to do it again or I would have gotten longer in the first place to know I was good to go instead of having an inconvenience while I had my child with me I could have taken him home first luckily I was able to get a ride from a family member back to my home because they sure didn't offer that.

I always used to rent through enterprise. I don’t think they did everything they can to try and help me with a car, after I confirmed with them over the phone and double checked that if I take an Uber 30 mins away I would find a car. (After going to two enterprise locations, and they granted me if I call and confirm it will be there). Unfortunatly the best thing he was able to do is waste my time, and tell me if I had a car I would “hook you up”. When they in fact had two cars but couldn’t help me with a car. Need to find a new lasting car rental company but than enterprise. No more.To reply back to the reply. I will reply back to your email with the phone call and the confirmation that I received. But what’s done has been done. I had to wait outside while they closed and left. Until I took an Uber all the way to high point.

Very helpful staff. I was able to get the insurance rate after insurance stopped paying. The 2023 Mazda compact SUV was immaculate.

I rented from this location via Geico. When I arrived on the lot they had no cars within the $30/day rental allotment. Hence, I was forced into an upgrade costing over $300 out of pocket (on top of the $500+ Geico paid) for the 3 weeks it took to repair my car. When I complained to Geico, Geico called the store. The store lied and said they had cars in that range when I picked up. I am utterly insulted and will be reporting the location to Better Business Bureau.

Wonderful place to rent for a short trip vacation, the blonde beautiful lady helped us out and guided me the most simple way. Easy conversation we had and no problem. ??
