I've been renting from this Enterprise almost weekly for business needs for a few months now, and the customer service just keeps getting better. They resolved some inventory issues I had faced, but I realized that was probably due to the season. Now evert time I go into pick up or drop off the car I'm in and out in like 5 minutes. It's amazing really.

This Enterprise location allowed me to make a reservation for a car online, only to call me after 5:00pm telling me they not only wouldn’t be able to fulfill my reservation, but that they likely wouldn’t have a car available for me until 5 days after the day I needed it. Representative also said they do not know for sure when they could offer me a car because they do not know when cars will be returned, which makes no sense considering you have to choose a return date/time when booking a reservation. Representative then suggested two other locations I could call to see if they have any available, but noted they both closed at 5:00pm and because I was meant to leave tomorrow morning, that was obviously unhelpful. It is frustrating Enterprise system allows people to make reservations online, without having cars in stock to fulfill the reservation.

This incident happen a few years ago but me and my mom when to this location to get a rental for a trip that I was going on. So we get there and we get our insurance company on the phone and their talk to the insurance but failed to tell us that they want to speak with us. NEVER ALLOWED US to speak with insurance and just let us pay out of pocket. How I know this is that few day later the insurance called us and stated that they told them they wanted to speak with us and never allowed it. They were just so set on making a sale that they couldn't tell us that the insurance company want to talk to us. SAD. I WOULDN'T GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY WILL LIE TO YOU JUST SO THEY CAN MAKE A SALE.

Was informed 3 different dates on when my rental was due back underneath my insurance policy. Showed documents where my insurance was told a particular date by a representative. I Turned vehicle in 2 days before that date and was still charged ??♂️

If I could give this location zero stars I would? I extended my contract with them and I was advised that I could not keep my midsize economy car due to the air bag being recalled. I asked them would my rate stay the same if they were to put me in a different vehicle and the guy said yes which was a lie a straight up lie ? They put me in a Camry which is a full size car and were charging me the full size rate which is not what they were supposed to do because I was told by the guy that helped me that my rate would remain the same as the economy car. When I questioned them about why my weekly rates are so expensivethey were like that's just the rate and Drew could not explain to me as to why my rates were so high for a economy car ? I called the 800 number and they told me that I was paying for a full size car. This location did not tell me because they were trying to scam me and didn't think that I would catch on and research this myself. I was told several times that a manager from upper management would call me and it's been two weeks and I haven't heard a word from them yet. This location needs to be audited and everyone that works there needs to be fired. I wonder how many people they've done this to and what did they do with the extra money that they overcharged me for. What a bunch of crooks and con artists they are just a bunch of liars and thieves smdh? I am currently suing Enterprise for this because they owe me over $1300 dollars.

We made a car reservation, and unfortunately our usual location didn’t have availability. However, they were kind enough to call us ahead of time and let us know. Then, my husband called this location to ask if they had anything available and they told him yes. When he got there, the workers were rude and told him they didn’t have anything available either. Even though he called ahead of time and got there within 20 minutes of calling. When he brought up the fact that he called ahead of time before coming over, they were rude and obviously didn’t care that they lied and wasted someone’s time and money (he got a lyft to get there). Wouldn’t ever recommend this location to anyone.

This location has the best staff around! I’ve tried a few other Charlotte area agencies (due to hours of pickup) but I either end up waiting a long time or need to deal with uber/lyft from the airport which is typically chaos. They do have city construction nearby currently but that doesn’t change the service you receive here - happy to recommend

This is the worst place to rent from. Everyone work there is a lier. I had an appointment to pick up a vehicle. Needless to say they had no available vehicles. While there a black Toyota Camry came in. The young black female took me to look at the car, told me that it needed to be cleaned up. She later came back to me and said that the car needs an oil change and that it wouldn’t be done until 3pm. She then said if you come back today after 5:30 it will be ready. I’ll just put it to the side and make sure that it doesn’t get rented out. I show up and the car isn’t there. They claimed to have called me @5:15pm to tell me that the vehicle wouldn’t be ready. But I no record of a missed call or a voicemail. When I arrived, they refused to let me in after telling me to come pick up the vehicle. Then I’m told several lies. I’m very disappointed.

The rating is a 1 because zero was not an option. Made a confirmed reservation on a Thursday at 5:30pm to pick up car at the Enterprise at 1102 S Tryon Street at 10AM of Friday. Got a call from Enterprise, while I was on another business call, at 5:45pm asking me to return their call. At 5:55 I returned their call to the number provided. That number put me in a queue where after waiting over 30 minutes, no one responded so I hung up. Go to pick up the car at 10am and was told they had no cars and would not have any that day. I asked how could they confirm a reservation with no cars - also, if they knew they didn't have one why hadn't they gotten one from another location. No answer - was told the closest Enterprise that had a car was in Indian Trail - 15 miles away - they did say they would have it sent over or take me to it - just that was where it was if I wanted to go get it. Complete unprofessional, deplorable, service from Enterprise. Also, there were six employees there behind the counter - why do you need six people working when you have no cars? I was only getting the car for an important meeting that day so I was out of luck. No one ever should rent from these people as they are unreliable.

We rented a car in Atlanta and when we were approaching Charlotte the engine light popped out. We went to this location to swap a car since we didn't want to risk the engine break on our way to Ashville but they said there are no cars available even though parking lot was full. We called customer service and we were directed by customer service to this location - they said this branch will have a comparable vehicle available for us. When we arrived they were trying to give us the cheapest option even though cars from the standard that we paid for were available. Do not even try to do any business there! They do not care about customers!

I had a reservation for 8am to leave for a business trip. They called me 20 mins before I was supposed to pick up to tell me they don't have any cars.They offered no solution just "sorry we don't have any cars, maybe try another car rental". My entire business trip was jeopardized.Edit to address the response:I am reasonable and understand things happen. The fact that I was called 20 minutes before pick up is the real issue.My reservation was for 8am.Why wasn't I notified the night before when you realized you didn't have any cars for the next morning? That is the issue.
