They lost my boyfriend reservation and we got there at midnight unable to get the room that he booked days in advance. We were left with no options since all of the rooms were sold out. It was a very frustrating experience and they don't know why the reservation wasn't showing on their end but he had proof on his end that he was able to ahow them. He ended up getting a refund but it was like they didn't care to help us in the situation.

Everything about our experience was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered a local shuttle. The evening reception was simple but nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only reason I could not give all 5 stars was because they only had pork breakfast meat options. Most hotels (including less expensive hotels) offer at least turkey sausage or chicken sausage along with pork bacon. So that would be my only suggestion. Not everyone eats pork.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars i would, the service here is horrible, if u call the front desk they put u on hold for a long time. I went to the front desk and personal ask for my room to be cleaned, a general housecleaning, at 11AM I left came back at 3 pm, still they didn’t touch it and I saw the housekeepers on the same floor, we even made eye contact. Ok I left came back at 9 PM and they still didn’t even touch my room and I had left overs from days ago and other food and stuff. I didn’t have clean rags sheets or towels nothing. This is UNACCEPTABLE and no I didn’t put the DND sign on the door!!!Safety: Be very careful when leaving the parking lot because u are driving in oncoming traffic and it is very tight .even in the parking lot it is tightWalkability: Not walkableFood & drinks: Over priced not tasty at allNoteworthy details: There are much better hotels for the same price around the city. Don’t come here, can’t say I didn’t warned u

While well maintained some repairs needed. Recent room updates are nice. Staff was outstanding. Two day training event in meeting rooms. Food was great. Open center with bar and breakfast is beautiful. Will come again the next time I teach here.

We stayed in this Embassy Suites last night with our family, Room 228. The hotel is dated. At first the lobby area appeared to be clean. I understand that smoking Marijuana is legal in some states but the lobby and elevator had a strong odor. Unfortunately the floor in the restaurant area is extremely sticky and furniture appears very tired. It’s an unpleasant experience when you’re trying to eat. The room was also dated but the furniture in the room was absolutely filthy. It was absolutely unacceptable. I will post a picture below. Due to the size of our party we had to use the pull out couch. The bed had crumbs in it. We love Embassy Suites but I would not recommend this location.Safety: Street has many pan handlers. The area was tired and felt off the beaten path.

You would think this would be a convenient option to parking at the airport. The hotel is very nice, the rooms spacious and comfortable.It is not!I had to call 3 times to get the shuttle to come for a pickup. We waited over 45 minutes while every other hotel bus came and went multiples times.Do yourself a favor and book the Courtyard or Sheraton. Those shuttles came several times while we waited for the Embassy shuttle to come.Hilton you've lost a good customer for this nonsense.

This hotel was a great experience overall. The pool was big enough to just barely swim some short laps (even though it's not a lap pool), which I really appreciated before a long flight.Breakfast was good, we enjoyed the happy hour, and the rooms were very clean. This location looks either new or recently renovated. Definitely recommended!

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel 3/18/24-3/22. Lobby and commons area are wonderful. Check in went smooth. Rooms are spacious. Housekeeping was lacking. First day they didn’t show up and I had to get more towels from front desk. 2nd day, they made one bed and didn’t make the other. I complained and the next two days went better. Breakfast was not up to standards I have experienced in other ES. Hot food wasn’t warm, omelette station is nice, but the cook made them too greasy. They were inedible. I ended up eating two days and they were both bad, so I skipped breakfast the other two mornings. Staff was very friendly. Would be awesome if they improve housekeeping and food prep.

First looks can be deceiving.The hotel looks updated at first but when looking close it is; simply lipstick on a pig. The filth and dust in our room is absolutely disgusting.There is mold in the refrigerator,the wall in our living room has a two foot wide hole from the rolling chair knocking into it for years. The lampshade in the bedroom is something taken out of a dumpster. The A/C doesn't work. We entered the room at 7pm, set it to cool from 78 to 68 degress, six hours later it is 80 degrees in the room. I met the maintenance man in the elevator three hours ago. He said he would be in to check the system but never showed.The dirty, filthy couch has hard crusty liquid someone spilled and was never cleaned. The occasional chair has tears, is frayed, smells and is black with filth. This is by far the worst, most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in.We are itching all over. It feels like a million bugs are crawling all over me. I am sure it is the million dust mites around the bed.Location is awful. So far we have heard four sirens go off in the last three hours.

The rooms were nice and large. The bed was very comfy. The shower was amazing, nice hot water good pressure it was relaxing. The staff was friendly, I like that you get 2 free drinks for every night you stay for happy hour. The food was ok, not a fan of paying for parking. Overall i enjoyed my stay there.

The refrigerator had mold in it ! And the microwave didn't work . It took them almost 2 days to replace it. Also I was awkward twice because of 2 stink bugs flying around the room!!! This place was a pure disaster!!!

I enjoyed my time here. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the French toast at breakfast was stale. The quality of breakfast is far beneath the quality of the hotel. If I visit again, I'll have breakfast out instead.

Writing this during my stay here. Not the best Embassy Suite out there. I'm staying on the 8th floor and upon entering the room there was a strong, pungent smell. Even after mentioning that to customer service, the representative decided to just ignore it. Room definitely needs some renovation. Location is also not the best. Close to the airport, but the neighborhood is sketchy. Definitely will look for something else in the future
