This place is definitely just a front for something. They keep the store all closed up except one door propped open, and you can only walk about 3 steps into the store before you meet barriers. You can't see most of the items for sale, and you can't remotely get close enough to check out even 1 item. The person at the desk acts more like a bouncer than a salesperson and clearly doesn't have any interest in you actually purchasing anything.Edit: the "owner" replies 5 months later with a copypasta. Nice.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady with black hair is by far the rudest and worst person I have ever met. DO NOT buy from here save your money and go elsewhere to someone that actually wants to help you and is respectful.

I bought an audi truck 3 years ago. And has been the best thing ever for my son. Anytime I have has some type of issue with the car, the people at the store have been great with helping and getting me everything I needed for my truck. This year I just bought the motorcycle and my son loves them both.. the best customer service you can ask for and they make sure you get what you are asking for. All there electronics are worth every penny...

The reviews are accurate in terms of rude and snobby staff. The guy at the front desk didn't even look at me when I approached the desk, just kept messing with his phone.I asked if they had an item they were selling on marketplace, and he just nodded his head yes. No smile, no invitation to check it out.I said, "can I see it?" He just nodded again and got up and said it's back here.He acted like I was a peasant wasting his Majesty's time.The price listed on marketplace was $799. No mention that it's their base model. When I asked for the price, he said it's $1,300.I extended the same courtesy as he gave me when I walked in; I left without saying a word.Seriously, what an absolute douchebag.

Understand their little patience as so many come in wanting to touch on cars, I got brought 2 the toddler one with screen and bigger one adult can ride in as well… My 6 yr old and 2 yr old love their vehicles they have own keys… As well you’ll get what’s right there in store so understanding why they do not want anyone touching cars spent over $1200 not cheap

Terrible store went in and the guy was very rude chill buddy they are kids cars not real ? ?. Was going to purchase one here and will not because of the reviews and my in store experience ! IF you have kids do not go in this store they will make your kid cry

My son ran in the store so amused to see the cars and the lady got mad and said I needed to be with him at all times as if I wasn’t right behind him. It wasn’t as if he touched anything or knocked anything over, just a kid fascinated and his excitement killed due to poor customer service.

To the black headed lady who is cold hearted to little kids . We tried to take a look at merchandise to buy for my son’s birthday. So, as we walked in I noticed the lady sitting in the front. My son is 3 and was excited to see the cars. The lady didn’t say anything my son wanted to go look at the car beds so i ask the lady how much are the cars and can we go take a look she said no you can’t because that’s my back stock.. lol that was the only car bed in the store. My son was crying and wanted to look all she cared about was getting us out of the store.. so we left.. Needless to say I can definitely tell why they had no body in their store.. I would never buy anything from them since the lady could hear my son cry’s she didn’t care she just wanted us out

I went to purchase a go cart and I got charged $100 over the list price online he Attempted to make an excuse on why he charge me an extra hundred dollars and it was an invalid excuse..since I already talk to another employee the day before and ask valid questions knowing that he would lie to me that upcoming day I wish it was another store closer. And he’s good at lying he never made eye contact or apologized because he knew he was lying that’s the frustrating part. I also put the go kart on their way he gave me one week to pay them away so technically it was a hold. He told me I only got to go cart because someone put it back and that’s why the price was what it was $100 more. He also told me that it doesn’t come with a warranty when the female the day before told me that I get a one month warranty because I purchase there at the store. I would not do business with this man if you do have to do business at the store go on the weekend when a female is there do not exchange words with The Man because he is trying to get you
