“Got a new Dell desk top computer 1 1/2 weeks ago. The modem had a rattle that we couldn't tell if it was a loose screw or something else. We took it to UbreakIfit on S. Kings Dr today and Emilio had us up and going in no time at all. If it had been a screw, it could have done a lot of damage. Thank goodness it was a broken piece of plastic that he removed. “I brought in my 3 month old Samsung Galaxy Buds3 because the left one suddenly wouldn't play at the same volume as the right one. The service tech, Jorge Carvajal, revieed the settings on my phone and the settings in the Galaxy Buds3 app. After a factory reset and app software update, he determined the left bud was defective. He said Samsung/Assurance would replace them and gave me a ticket # and a number to call. Jorge was knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive.”
