The slowest car rental process EVER! Not an exaggeration. Literally waited about an hour before getting a vehicle. No one answers the phone when you call to request the shuttle. You save money but you will lose TIME. Its almost not worth it. Simply ridiculous and ghetto but one of the girls at the front desk was quite pleasant so it made things a little better.

Please please Do not fall for their scam business policy. They show UNLIMITED MILEAGE at website and asks you to read Terms and Condition when you arrive at counter.Additional 100 miles - 15$Unlimited mileage - 25$ additionalIt takes an hour to speak with someone at counter, and very unprofessional customer service.

This was the worst car rental experience we have ever had, when it came to the customer service at the rental counter. When we arrived to pick up our rental we had to wait almost an hour as there was one person working the counter, several employees walking around not willing to assist and 8 people waiting to get their rental. The return was worse, no one checked our car in, the guy at the counter was extremely rude. There were 4 of us ready to be shuttled to the airport but were forced to wait because 2 of the employees decided to go and take a break together and walk into some wooden area behind the building. Then on the drive to the airport the drive, although a nice guy wouldn't stop cursing about something he was listening to on the radio. We will never rent from this place again and would never recommend anyone else to rent.

I pre-paid for my vehicle and then when we arrived at airport I called the number to call the shuttle and no one picked up.We tried another number we found online and that didn't work either.I hope they refund us. We ended up renting from Hertz.

The only reason I deducted a star was because of the wait in line....they are definitely short staffed for check in. With that being said the staff is great...friendly even though they deal with customers that are not prepared and are rude. Ashley was great (she deserves 5 stars)! Thank you for being friendly and treating us with respect. The car did need a run through the car wash but the interior was very clean. We were happy with the transportation to and from the airport.

This is by far the worst car rental business that I have ever experienced. We rented a car with Charlotte International Airport only to find out that it was with this company. It took them 45 minutes to pick us up from the airport, which they said that they run every 15 minutes. When we called to ask for pickup, they didn't answer the phone. I called back and pressed 1 for the new reservation and someone picked it right up. The customer service is the worst that I've ever seen in a business. They don't greet you at all. The facility was so dirty. The roll of paper towel in the bathroom was on the floor. Tissue was all over the floor. The guy that was driving the shuttle was playing loud music with profanity in the song. I would rather walk before I rent a car from this company. They will NOT be in business long with the way they're their business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Gabe and Willie were very nice, friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating. Shuttle was fast and easy to request. Would definitely recommend especially if you’re on a budget.

The other one star reviews aren't kidding. Do NOT book through here if you respect yourself or your time. There is no shuttle. Waited over an hour, called 4 times (they'd forgotten us the first time) and when they arrived, a dozen of us swarmed the car. Yes, car, not van, as in fits 4 people max. I wouldn't be surprised if they were hiring uber drivers. We'd all been waiting over an hour, and when we expressed our concerns with the driver on who should get the shuttle, he told us to "figure it out" and he'd be back in an hour. I was extremely close to issuing a chargeback with my credit card company, luckily there was a cab driver who was nearby and assisted. Would rather spend the extra dollars than ever have to go through this "company" again. And if you decide to use them, you'll probably be spending that on the taxi to the office anyway.

I have no idea how my reservation ended up with this car rental place because I selected a different place through Orbitz, but nevertheless I ended up here. Not one person from the pickup shuttle to the reservation desk ever actually said hello or greeted us in anyway. After waiting 37 minutes for a shuttle, I figured it would be the least they would do. I called the number for a shuttle 6 times and it just rang until it disconnected saying the Google subscriber could not take the call. When we arrived, the lobby had a number of guest waiting in hopes of getting a car. One lady even commented to another customer, “lucky you” because they finally received a car. The process of getting a shuttle and picking up the car was longer than my actually flight into Charlotte. This is not the type of service that I am accustomed to receiving. I thought it would be helpful to let others know ahead of time. Please just prepare yourself.

I’ve been a repeat customer here at Easirent for a while now whenever in Charlotte. The front desk gal are a is very efficient, I got through the check in process and received my car very quickly despite how busy they were. She was very helpful and the manager stays busy assisting customers. I’ll definitely be using their services again

The prices may be low but the wait is RIDICULOUS! I usually don’t do reviews but this deserves a review. When you get there they have you sign in and scan the QR code which is “supposedly “ for faster check in but that is a lie. After doing all this, I waited 60 mins just to rent a car. Then the lady at desk apparently was overwhelmed or just didn’t feel like dealing with attitudes because there were several people with attitudes because of the false “save time” check in. I will NEVER EVER rent from them.

No one will pick up at the branch. Can’t get the shuttle to come pick us up from the airport. They said we had to wait for a car to be returned in order to get a car even though we had a reservation. Then we had to wait on the loudest most short uncomfortable seats. Absolutely ridiculous!

The worse experience renting a car ever! Starting from the shuttle pickup,waited a hour for, another hour in the facility, peop were not friendly, or helpful, hard chairs to sit on, no water available, kept adding on money to the bill! Not worth the savings!

The employee taking care if my rental made his best effort to make it really difficult for me to rent a car from them and they were very successful with their mission and I said they because an employee is a representative and face of the business he works for.First of all I called their airport shuttle service for over an hour and they never picked up the phone so I had to hire a taxi to take me to their location which cost me $18. When I got inside the place I mentioned this issue to the person tending the place. The employee with a smirk in his face said I never called, like if I was saying something funny. Also, by saying I never called he accused me of being a liar in front of everyone that was there.They also kept coming up with hidden fees and restrictions not mentioned in the rental agreement & reservation I did through the Expedia app. The main one was that the employee said I had to purchase a comprehensive insurance coverage on the car at $38 a day on top of the $9 a day I had already chosen at the Expedia app.Also, a cap on the miles that was allowed to drive per day, at 50 miles a day.No driving out state lines either.Don’t waste your time and money coming to this place, way too many rules and regulations.They made me feel like if I was a criminal and that I needed to beg to rent a car from them. I felt I was being the victim of some sort of discrimination because of my name or ethnicity. Even the other employee sitting & working nearby kept looking back at his coworker nodding his head when hearing the regulations & fees this guy was coming up with. Sadly I had to cancel everything up and took my business somewhere else.$42 rent a day plus $47 daily insurance fees is just plain ridiculous. It was just brutally in your face “we don’t want you here!!!”

Would rate 0 stars if I could on business structure alone. I would give the employees 3 stars, because they are doing the best with what they have and can do.They do not answer the phone for the shuttle scheduling from the airport. The Shuttle driver needs to have his attitude addressed. The workers inside are nice, but the business structure is beyond terrible. I'm amazed they are still in business. Why would you accept reservations if you don't have the cars available and ready to go. I spent 3 hours there and ended up grabbing an Uber instead. I watched handfuls of people up and leave extremely upset due to the time spent on this company. If you think you are saving money with this company you will not. Fork up the extra cost per day and go with one of the main companies.
