Earth Fare is a great store. It is pricy but for certain items, it is well worth the price. The meat department is excellent as is the produce department. The number of organic items is unparalleled. The store has some type of special daily. The specials are usually a percentage of in an entire department or $ x off if you spend $y. We do not do our basic grocery shopping there, but we go about once a week for items we only purchase there. They also have a very nice selection of prepared foods.

Employees are exhausted, probably underpaid, definitely demotivated. Respectful, but no talking above the bare minimum. Store clean, looks like there was a major leak.

The place is easy to get to and is very clean. Majority of the staff pretty much ignores you. We were at the smoothie and sandwich area and the young gentleman had earbuds in and grilling something and once he looked at us but never acknowledged us or asked if we needed help.Joan, who checked us out, was amazing!!!!! She was friendly and helpful!!! She gets 10 our of 10 stars!!!!!Earth Fare in Concord, the staff is friendlier!!!!

Great selection of foods that are difficult to find anywhere else nearby, especially for folks with food allergies. For the most part, we enjoyed coming here. However, we’re from out of town and where we live, there is no Earth Fare. Last time we were here, the attendant at the smoothie bar made us some delicious fresh drinks and made fun conversation with us. That really elevated our experience at the store. This time, we encountered two young men who smelled like ‘grass’ and spent most of their time either picking food from the hot bar for themselves, sat down in the guest area, or on their phones outside. They didn’t care to answer any questions pertaining to the smoothie offerings and even told us the bar was closed to get rid of us. This is an opportunity to be more conscious about hiring and/or training your employees, Earth Fare. Your employees generally don’t give the impression that they want to be there, so why should we want to? This is not how you get people to come back. Otherwise, prices are pretty high, but it’s a fine store.

Great store. Well stocked. Very friendly employees. Though they are high they are cheaper than Sprouts and not too much higher than Harris Teeter. I would recommend.

I always have the Best experiences with your Bakery department. I order all my cakes & treats from there. Everything I've tried was just amazing & especially working with Sarah. She always gives good suggestions, Super friendly & has all my ordered on time, made perfectly. I tell everyone to go see her. I'll be back soon....

Check the dates on your meat before buying! I purchased 2 whole chickens at Earth Fare on Sunday Oct 8th. Put one in crockpot as soon as I got home to make chicken broth for soup. Ate that the next day and was sick for two days. Checked the date on the second chicken and the sell by date was Oct 6th. These were fresh chickens not frozen. Made me so sick I don't think I'll ever eat chicken again.

Absolutely not a fan of this store. The cashier was very rude and abrupt because there were no numbers on the chocolate covered banana chips. I didn't capture the ID numbers and there's no signage indicating that I needed to. As a good measure I ran to get the numbers to avoid holding up the line. So the customer service was a fail. I purchased a variety of items, the prices were decent. The biggest issue was the produce. I purchased 2 containers of blackberries and 2 containers of raspberries both of which were molded. It was not visible from the outside of the container but once they were opened it was pretty bad. How disappointing! I could accept one container with mold, but all four?! That's insane. This was a poor shopping experience. I've been shopping at other Earth Fare locations for years and I've never experienced anything like this.

I used to be a loyal customer before they shutdown☹️. I have been coming to this location ever since the beginning of January 2022. The store wasn’t in the best condition, but I understand due to the short-staffing.I came back into the store to give them one more shot, & man is it a night & day difference! The grocery isle looked fully-stocked (the best it has looked in months) & the customer service experience was a lot better (not Chick-Fil-A level, but who can compare to them?).I was looking for one of my southern favorites, Pimento cheese! However, they didn’t have it at the time I was shopping. Instead, I opted to try the veggie wrap & I was surprised on how fresh the ingredients were. The cucumbers were crisp, & the hummus had an unexpected smokiness to it. Now it is one of my go-to’s whenever I go to Earth Fare.Overall, the whole experience was a large step up from when I visited back in early 2022. I would recommend to everyone, to give this place a shot.
