Suitable but unimpressive hotel. Check in was easy and the staff were all very friendly and professional. They offered 3 vouchers for complimentary drinks and snacks, which we unfortunately did not have time to partake in. The room itself was clean and comfortable but seemed a bit outdated. Breakfast was good but very basic and a bit low on the quality and variety. No issues with the hotel but I will probably just up my price point next time I’m in the area and seek different accommodations.

I'm adding this hotel to my list of favorites. The front desk staff were so amazing and great! The lobby was clean and had a Christmas tree that my daughter loved. The rooms were comfortable and the free breakfast was delicious. Definitely worth the cost! I personally want to thank Janeil and Janell for being so helpful.

If you haven't stayed at a Drury Inn, you should definitely pay them a visit. Full breakfast, full dinner included, and two drink tickets with dinner - it's insane and a great perk. The rooms are great and we had an overall great stay. They welcome pets as well.Rooms: Good, standard hotel rooms. Everything you'd expect when staying at a hotel.Food & drinks: They offer a full buffet style breakfast and dinner. Eggs, potatoes, etc. for breakfast and a changing menu for dinner, which was great

My husband and I adore staying at this hotel. The customer service is always friendly and professional. The rooms are always clean. We don’t have experience with the hotel food but we normally see people happily eating and chatting. The pool is chilly in the winter so we only use the pool during warmer seasons, but the jacuzzi is a great bonus. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of hot water and the appliances all work great. This is our favorite hotel to escape to for date night and we recommend this hotel to our friends that are visiting town. We really love to just walk across the parking lot or street to grab dinner. You can’t beat the location or price for such a well kept hotel and 10/10 experience!Rooms: Spacious, clean, temperature controlledSafety: Never any issuesWalkability: Can walk to restaurantsFood & drinks: Food always smells good

Staff is so nice. Food was great. Usually you get 3 free drinks but the law I North Carolina only allows 2 ?

I'm a Drury Club fan ,but this one was so old,out of date and small . The dining room was run down. You could only get two free drinks, unlike the other ones.Rooms: The room was a little smaller than the other Drury.Safety: It was very safe.Food & drinks: They only put out small portions. The juice machine wasn't working, and one my last morning, they got some juice. The table and floor were dirty . Cabinets were falling apart.

Our bed was nice and soft with plenty of pillows. Everyone here is extremely friendly and willing to help.Rooms: The rooms are clean. The building was built in 1997 so it cannot be that outdated.Food & drinks: The morning breakfast in the 5:30 kick back change a little bit or each day. For example, the kick back I had chili yesterday and chicken noodle soup today. Yesterday was chicken tenders with pasta Alfredo. and today they had pulled pork with baked potatoes and buns. They always have hotdogs, nachos and cheese. It is a delight to stay here by the time you eat breakfast, and then have an evening kick back it helps control the expenses for the for your stay.Noteworthy details: Magic sushi, cheddars, and TGI Fridays are all within five minutes.

The staff are TOP notch at this location! We were beyond impressed with every team member we ran into. The room was very clean. Dinner which we did not know was included was wonderful. I look forward to staying here next time we are in Charlotte.

Drury inn is my favorite hotels chain ever. Can't beat it for the price for your breakfast. Free dinner? Free drinks. Great rooms. Great staff. Great place. I Choose the Drury in every time I get the chance.

The shower did not work and after bringing it up to the front desk they did not offer any solutions or help with the situation. After paying nearly $300 for a room, to have that issue with no help is pretty ridiculous - Other than that they complimentary breakfast and dinner was nice, but that is it.

4.5 stars for the win! I was visiting Charlotte because my cousin just moved out here and I'd never heard of the Drury Inn chain, but I I will most definitely be seeking them out in the future. I love family-owned over big corporations, but what sold me the most on these guys was their amenities (that I 100% did not get to capitalize, which is why I need to start staying with this chain more often). First of all, biscuits and gravy come with the hot breakfast, and I am a SUCKER for biscuits and gravy. Besides that, their breakfast came with hot eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, waffle-making and toast, fruit and cereal options. THEN they had their 5:30pm kickbacks which I sadly never made it to, but it's basically a free evening supper with 2 alcoholic beverages per guest. I WISH I could have partaken in this at LEAST once. And then there was the fountain soda machine available all day, and the popcorn machine in the lobby. I only got to partake of the popcorn machine ONCE, because every other time I passed, it wasn't on (I usually left around noon and didn't get back in until 11 or later). There was an adorable swim-thru indoor/outdoor pool and HOT TUB, which I also did not get to partake in (I was only here for 3 nights and me and my cousins hit the town every day). The inn was bigger than I thought, the atrium area is lovely, check-in and check-out were SUPER quick, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and personable. The room is the only place I docked a half-star. Standard size and clean ENOUGH, but I did notice some sticky spots on the carpeting, dresser, and door, as if someone shook up a soda and opened it and it sprayed everywhere and someone just couldn't figure out all the everywhere it exploded. The curtains in my room were also kind of dingy, but the bedding and bathroom were 100% immaculate, the pillows were oh-so-comfortable, plus the rooms had BOTH a microwave and mini-fridge, which really should be STANDARD everywhere. Based on my initial Drury experience, I would book another stay with this chain in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for a concert and picked it because it had the best amenities of any hotel in a similar price range.A half indoor half outdoor pool / jacuzzi , free breakfast and dinner buffets were the standout amenities. The rooms were a bit dated but comfy enough, the mattress is a metal spring and could use some updating along with the decor. We were informed they are planning a Reno next year and that's all it would take it get this hotel into the more modern era.The water pressure was great and they had some cable TV.The staff was very nice and welcoming. All in all I would stay here again if we were in the area.Nearby activities: PNC venue was closeFood & drinks: Free breakfast and 530 Pm kickback was a nice welcome

This is the best stay I have had in a while at any hotel. The room was clean and the staff was helpful and kind. Check-in was quick. The indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi were amazing amenities. Also LOVED the complimentary breakfast, dinner, and drinks! Absolutely more than I expected, so I was pleasantly surprised to see it was actual breakfast and dinner and not just the bare minimum like at most hotels! We had a wonderful two night stay!
