This is not a functioning Dominos store. I called 11 times after waiting about 2 hours for an order that never arrived. Received absolutely no update from any delivery driver, and the only solution I was given was to call the store. As mentioned before, the store did not answer any of my 11 calls. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. After 2 hours of confusion they cancelled my order, and still did not get back to me. I’m disgusted by this type of service. As a previous delivery driver, it’s completely unacceptable to leave your customer with no communication and then cancel their order arbitrarily. 0/10 performance from this Dominos location. Will never order from here again.

Ordered on 11/3 through the app a pasta with no mushrooms and a cheese pizza around 3pm. Order was delivered and we opened the pasta first to find it had mushrooms. We have a mushroom allergy in the house so we called to let them know we couldn’t eat it. I was told we’d get a credit for the next order. We opened the pizza about 30 minutes later to find it had pepperoni. I am a vegetarian so that wasn’t edible either. I called the store back and told them the pizza was also wrong and was told I’d get a credit for that as well. Today 11/17 I called the store to re-order based on the credit and was told I only had a credit for the pasta. I spoke to two different people on 11/3 and the second person never credited the pizza despite saying they would. The store will not honor the credit. I’ve been on hold now for 30 minutes trying to get ahold of a store manager to explain the entire order was wrong and I was told I’d be credited back both items since they were inedible and no one is answering and the “manager is out sick” so I have to keep waiting on the phone. All I was told by a store employee is that only the pasta is in the system so “I don’t know what to tell you.” No reason the entire order should be made incorrectly at 3pm in the first place but the lack of accommodation for their mistake is ridiculous. What an absolute waste of money. If this store offers you a “credit” because they can’t do refunds DONT DO IT. They will not give you the credit!!

I Usually Order From This Location With No Issues But Tonight Was Definitely Different. After The Delivery Driver Dropped Off My Food I Realized That I Got A Completely Different Order. After Being On Hold For 25 Minutes I Eventually Gave Up&Drove To The Store. Upon Arrival The First Thing I Notice Is The Phone Is Purposely Off The Hook.That Would Be The Reason For Them Not Picking Up. &Then Explaining To The Cook That I Received The Wrong Order. I Didn't Receive An Apology Or Any Empathy. This Was Very Disappointing. I Didn't Even Ask For A Refund Being That I Did Pay For Delivery Fee&Tip
