This is the closest DT to me. They never have the needed items. Toilet paper, paper towel, personal wipes, aspirin/IB... sodas. It's never stocked. Always a mess, even for the ubiquitous DT norm of boxes littering aisles, empty boxes and packing trash all over. The counter coolers are always empty.Then, if that's not Aggrevating enough staff is aloof, oblivious to the fact it's one line open when going into full on conversations with each other and customers. It's bad enough it's one line. In saying that, my last visit two lanes were open. Staff is pleasant but in a store setting customers would like to get in and out.Ive been here and the store is just closed early. I go here when it the very last option. It sucks as it's a convenient stop for me, but not even worth trying to shop here. I just go elsewhere.

ARRIVED AT THIS DOLLAR TREE ABOUT 5 minutes before closing which I never do but to my surprise the doors were locked even though it wasn’t even closing time yet.

My first visit was delightful. Im in a wheelchair and needed help reaching and there was a young man who was sweeping up to earn extra funds. He was courteous and kind. One of the workers told me that he comes sometimes in the afternoon to see if he could help. This is what i call old fashioned, “it takes a village”, good values. Training up a child in the way that he should go. We dont know what someine is going through at home, but when a child us willing to work we should grab on and never let go. I was so proud of him and the worker! He was gone by the time i checked out, but i left 10.00 dollars for him and told her i would return to check in him, the worker told me he was so happy and spent most of it on school supplies and a few things for his mom. I will return often to patronize this particular store. This store has a steady customer in this grateful woman.

This Charlotte N.C store on 1720 West Trade St constantly closes 30+ minutes before their advertised hours. I went recently 30+ mins before their advertised closing time & was met w/ a rude, short, ghetto black woman 'supervisor' w/ braids or cornrows who told me & another waiting customer that they're closing 30 mins early so their employees could leave on time. That's against franchise rules & regulations. This employee was EXTREMELY rude & disrespectful. I'll be contacting corporate & I'll never shop @ this location due to the the DISGUSTING attitude of this 'supervisor'. Sickening behavior from a franchise!

This store particularly is very dirty. Almost always out of stock of everything. Smells horrible. The staff is wonderful though.
