You all have to do a better job with stocking items on the shelf. This place always look like a whirlwind hit it. But I will say that the lady manager is very helpful when you ask her a question. They never have any of the items I am looking for. Management, you have to have your employees organize the store better than what it is!!!!!! Right across from Northlake Mall Charlotte NC.

Confused on last reviewers comment. Dollar Tree Northlake is one of the cleanest locations I've been in. The staff are friendly especially the cashier Robert. There was also 2 new male managers that are doing a wonderful job.

Crafting supplies gave me tons of ideas. Definitely a must for low-budget because these are high value supplies!

They don't deserve 1 star. This store is under staffed and NEVER have things stocked. I believe the owner needs to close this store down to get it in order. Every time I go to this store it's ALWAYS messy. Go to the dollar tree on WT Harris because you will NOT find what you need. AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD.

Store is on smaller size but still has a wide array of products. Looks like new freezers being installed.Definitely looking better than it has in the past.And employees are friendly and helpful !

There was a male cashier that greeted me as I entered the store. He was so sweet. He spoke and engaged every customer he assisted at the register. He asked questions to know if you had a great shopping experience. I was waiting behind two other customers. The cashier kept apologizing for the wait and letting us know we would be helped soon. He was an awesome associate. The store was surprisingly clean and organized compared to other Dollar Tree stores.
