hidden location in east charlotte, Its way organized and clean than most other DT store
They could use self checkout
However all the good cashiers are gone
Ever since they increased to $1.25 I don't see much good stuff worth the extra quarter or adding the $3 or $5 section in the store.

The worse dollar tree in town, don’t go here.. it’s sad to say but it’s not even worth the headache. If you are so miserable working there why don’t you just leave. Horrible customer service, it’s a shame!!To the lady who took my order today 6/13/2023 at 1:30pm I wish you well. Go find happiness because life is too short to be miserable.

They had Easter candy for 1cent that's what it was ringing up but soon as I'm about to check out they take my basket n say they can't sell it to me . Y'all don't make enough money to do all that such horrible customer service. They mangers are horrible man. They did that to probably only but it themselves

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but, I believe that customers should be aware of what to expect at times. I'm sorry that the old manager left, but I understand. I'll put it like this...if you go to any establishment right after they open and there's trash in the parking lot and the cans are overflowing, yikes! It's unfortunate that customer service and cleanliness has taken such a hit almost everywhere you go and it's pointless to complain to the corporate office. I have limited my reasons to go there as much as I used to. When an entrepreneur opens a "Chick-Fil-A" style of low price stores, don't be surprised...just go there. Please and Thank You. RG.

I stopped in to shop at the Dollar & 25 cents store on yesterday evening. I cane in to grab a few items but in true retail fashion I needed a cart. The lines were pretty long but I was so happy that I found the gift wrapping paper with the Brown people and Santas. I know that it can be found at Target' but today my budget was Dollar Tree only. The cashier worked quickly and was extremely patient and friendly. She helped me to find more of the gift paper and a Decanter set that tickled my fancy when I saw the lady in front of me purchase one. I'm really not used to good customer service at the retail level anymore so this visit was refreshing. I asked the cashier for her name and she said it is Aaliyah. Turns out she is a Yelpie too! I didn't get her last name but if she sees this- Thanks and add me on here!
