avoid coming here and walmart on North Tryon lines are too long and go to another dollar tree. One of the managers aren't friendly but hes not there anymore.The cashiers are ghetto and gets an attitude when it comes to discounted items
They finally have self checkout at this dollar tree no more dealing with those rude cashiers but now they are closed and removing it so have to go harrisburg

I went to this store on 05/20/2024. At 9 am the line was long only one associate was on the register the self checkout were not available and there was another cashier with his back turned while the line was growing. This is horrible customer service!

The people that work here are so rude and always have a nasty attitude. There’s these two older black ladies with glasses, one with black hair the other more grey. They’re so rude. Definitely need to switch up their staff…there’s also never anything in stock.

This is a very busy store. There is always a long line, and the aisles are always messy. There is a lingering smell that I don't understand, but I don't ever see anyone cleaning. They need to hire someone who only cleans because the store is so busy.

Please be aware of the store tries to tell people that they're not allowed to wear their personal belongings just got off the airplane 1 hour and 15 minutes now on my way home from California and the lady tries to tell me that my carry-on bag it's too big to even carry on the airplane when this does not even consider a person wearing a pocketbook as big as my bookbag

The store was moderately busy, but there was only one lady working the check outs, the other female on duty, sat at the check out on her phone, not even helping with over 15 pepole in line, she just sat there in her phone. How RUDE.

I really don't know what to say about this place. I frequent this dollar tree the most because it's most convenient to where I live but this place gives me anxiety. It's overcrowded with stuff which makes it extremely messy. You can barely move inside of this store. Customer service is subpar and sometimes very unprofessional. Please clean this place up!!!

One of the best dollar trees! This is hard to find. This location is quiet and clean and it’s employees were nothing but polite and respectful. Great customer service. It was overall a very calm and enjoyable shopping experience.

The store was so cluttered with inventory not put up .my solid advice hire more employees to get the shelves stocked . The store employees deserve better and we as customers deserve a well stocked store

I don't really shop at the Dollar Tree much unless I need a Greeting Card or some quick sweets. Today I was in need of a sympathy card and this was the closest location near me. The store was mostly clean and organized. I do think they could use a good sweep & mop of the floors, otherwise the store looked good. I was able to easily find what I was looking for. The lines were short and I was very surprised to see they have two self check-out stations. I used one of them and was out of there within seconds. The Dollar Tree where I live doesn't have this feature yet, so I was very impressed. I'll probably never be in this area of Charlotte again, but if I ever find myself here, I'd definitely revisit this Dollar Tree if I need something. Recommended!

I really don't appreciate being discriminated against & harassed by the one & only sorry employee that y'all had in the store smh. The mf was standing next to me and my kids the whole time I was in the store and even FOLLOWED ME to the REGISTER while watching me like a hawk trying to make sure I paid for everything. I work hard for my money and am very offended that because I walked into this establishment dressed down with my head wrap on I was profiled and assumed as a thief smh I will not be coming back to this location ever and will be spreading the word to everybody I know and others to do the same. It makes no sense that me & my children came to enjoy our evening and give our business to this store when we could have went ANYWHERE else and left feeling uncomfortable having been harassed and accused of such a thing for no good reason. I'll definitely be filing a complaint with the state.
