Danniell who seems to look like she may be on drugs need to get a job she actually enjoys. She never spoke to any customers, and was upset that I entered that I wanted cash back. She stated that I should have asked, and I stated that is your job to say something and there is not a note which usually it does at any other store. They need to get someone that looks less like they’re on meth, and actually have customer service skills.

“This Dollar Tree location is the largest I’ve ever seen. I’ve only been to Dollar Tree twice before, but this store has won me over. I initially visited because of a TikTok dupe I saw, and I ended up leaving with about 75 items—it sounds excessive, but the store had so many cute things I just had to have. The selection here is impressive, with plenty of dupes for name-brand items.
Despite its size, there was only one cashier, Karen, who was not only efficient but also very funny and helpful. If you’re in a hurry, keep in mind that there might be a line. The store was well-organized, and I noticed associates restocking shelves as I shopped, which was great to see.

Best Dollar Tree I've been to in Charlotte. The store is huge, there's a big selection, and they have products other Dollar Trees don't.

Just came in and the security and workers both lied and said they were closed when the sign clearly says 10pm. Corporate should be the deciding factor of who closes early. Y’all are still open for 30mins. Do your job

This place need right manager absolutely they’re very rude. The manager told me I cannot buy more than two pieces, same item which don’t make sense. If that’s the store rule, they should put the sign. I’ve seen a lot of people buying same item more than two pieces.

I will be calling corporate and sending emails DAILY until I speak to someone & something is done about this disgusting location. Pat, the “store manager” and no other worker of this establishment will discriminate or disrespect the very people who patronize this location.

Crowded. Only 2 registers open. 10 to 12 shoppers in each lane. No issues. Pretty good store and I would even rate them higher if they just added one more person to speed up the checkout process. To possibly frustrate your customers is not good.

This Dollar Tree is the biggest one I've been to. I like going here because they offer more stuff. They're usually busy but don't have enough cashiers to run the front. The line is long and may take 10 minutes to get checked out. Also, the store is often a mess. I'm sure that's the fault of customers who just rummage through the merchandise and don't know better to but it back they way they found it. But the associates should do a better job of up keeping so the store looks more presentable and it's easier to find things.

I had a really good customer service experience. A dollar tree employee helped me find what I was looking for, and she replenished a project board box so I could take as many as I wanted. Sorry I missed her name, but I appreciate your help!
