This store has gone down tremendously. The employees are rude and act as if they don't want to work there. Common courtesy is no longer a thing when you walk in through the store no one says hi. Even when you're finished shopping and go to the checkout the cashier doesn't even acknowledge you until they finish ringing up your items. The storefront is a mess and disorganized with items out of place not properly labeled and tagged. It seems like they're understaffed, every time I go there there's only one person in the entire store. They need to hire some more people who value customer service and don't act like a Jenny from the block ghetto Barbie doll. lol.

The store was a wreck! The only employee in the entire store was the cashier, another drug herself in late with no enthusiasm. I feel sorry for the community, they need the corporate owners to care about the people in that area. It's convenient for those that don't have transportation. I just stopped in my travels from another city for a Christmas bag! I will never stop here again if I come back this way. My relative stopped a week later and the line was ridiculously long however it seems everyone that shops here regularly has conditioned themselves to tolerate this disrespect. On this same day , a shopper got out of the long line to get the broom and cleaned up a broken glass candle another customer dropped. Now tell me this isn't a community situation coping with ownership and management's disconnect.

Got there at 9:35 pm, doors were locked. hours online as well as on the door both state open until 10 pm. Very disappointing to need something late and waste time going somewhere that isn’t open when they should be

Terrible , no plastic bags for your items they don’t even greet you . Save yourself so time & go to the Walmart 1 minute up there road

You cannot walk through an isle without almost tripping over boxes. This is not one particular stores. I Fault the company, not the employees. Read that again!! If an individual treated you as bad as a company, would you stay or would you walk out? I'm asking for a friend.

I was racially profiled at this location, on 5/19/22 around 8:30am I went in to this location looking for some items, the store was an absolute mess merchadise everywhere, so inevitably I wasn't able to find what I needed so I left. As I'm getting back in to my work car (I work for Mecklenburg County) the cashier runs out after me as if I stole something. When I caught her she ran back inside and watched me through the window of the store. This is not a safe place for black people and I will never be back.

The manager that was working was so rude and disrespectful. I went in for cigarettes. She said they were out and I saw them in the cupboard and asked her about it and she was so nasty I said well just give those to me and then she proceeded to say don't come back in my store again what is wrong with these people I will not go back in your store again not that one anyway.

I have never had any issue with this dollar general. This is my local dollar general so i shop here most of the time. Most day's they have great deal's on a variety of house hold and clothing item's! Very friendly staff!!

Just stopped in with at least 5 other cars and their doors are locked and no answer of the phone. Sign says open every day from 8am to 10pm. Just saw 4 more people pull up then have to leave, as I write this, so it isn’t like they don’t have the business. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely inconvenient. No sign explaining why, either. This will be the last time I stop here.
