DMV's are always terrible, this has always been an unfortunate fact of life and it will only change if people in charge care to change it, but it's clearly never been a priority even though citizens are forced to cooperate.

Why do these people have a phone number but will never answer a phone call. I went to this location last week and was told that they were out of tags and stickers(after driving 30 mins). I needed to go back and was trying to call and ask if they now have tags and stickers but no one is answering the phones. Called about 6x. Phone keeps ringing and telling me mailbox is full. This is a nightmare. Other areas are far away from my location. This rating is based on phone service. Other than that, this is the only DMC I have been going to for years. Faster and great service.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I had great SERVICE at this location. Arrived around 8:35 am, expecting the line to be wrapped around but only to find myself 6th place in line. 5 minutes before 9am, a nice lady came put to explain that the line would be split in two. One line for title changes, copy of titles, anything title related, and the second line would be for registrations, plates, and things like that. Once I got into my correct like I was 4th in place. The lady at the teller who attended me and my husband was absolutely wonderful. Her name is Tiffany. She was very efficient and knowledgeable. She kept the line moving and efficiently. She answered everyone's questions in detail, repeated things without ever giving any attitude or hint of annoyance. If there were things missing or things we needed to know, she explained and went step by step with the process. I was out at 9:20 am. 20 min in and out and less than an hr overall from when I first arrived and waited. I came on a Thursday, so I'm not sure if that mattered but overall great location and service. This is in a shopping center with a huge parking lot and plenty of parking spaces.

Horrible customer service. Lady in the desk farthest back of the building was so rude to the guy who was in front of me who barely spoke English. Talked to him like he was illiterate. Then when I got to her desk she rolled her eyes when I said I needed to renew. So rude for no reason

The check-in lady was rude. I told her my copy of my lease was on my phone via pdf, and she got an attitude and said, "we've been out there several times and announced all documents must be original documents. You have to come back and try again." I had been out there for almost 3 hours standing in the walk-in line, and not once had any employee made any sort of announcement while I was there. I'll update when I go back.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s still the DMV, but the employees here are actually really nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. What a breath of fresh air compared to ever other DMV I’ve ever been to.

This place is ridiculous!! I’m from GA and have never had to stand in line for 2 hours. They only have 2 people working and several people standing around.
