My daughter and I visited this shop looking for a prom dress at a reasonable price. We were able to find a black dress that she'll potentially wear however, for it to be a consignment shop, (I understand it's a "high end" consignment shop), you're better of buying a brand new dress at Windsor at Carolina Place mall or Concord Mills for the same price. I also couldn't help but notice my daughter and I were watched more than the other customers in the store. I hate bringing race into any situation because it is the LAST thing that I think of. The representative continuously asked us if we were ready to get a dressing room as we were still browsing and once in the dressing room, she checked on us as if we needed assistance and she didn't bother others the same way. Maybe it's because I wore a hooded sweatshirt jeans and my appearance made me look like I didn't belong on that part of town.
My daughter and I have been shopping for prom dresses for the last three weekends and it was also a very dreary day. I dressed for comfort and anyone shopping for prom dresses with a teenager would understand. Had it not been for my daughter liking the dress, I would've left it behind. I hope the representative will read this, use it as a teaching moment on how to interact with customers at the store and see people as people not by race or social class. My two star review is because we found a dress the customer service can use some work.

I love their clothes but also have picked up some great Home Accessories. The only downside is their clients r very tiny, so we normal size 10's don't have as large of a selection as a size OO, O4. The saleswomen r always helpful, this is a great find since their clothes look new+ they r very selective for what they take in on consignment.

I can't speak to some of the other comments about consignment, because I haven't brought in any items yet; but my experiences shopping here have always been fantastic. I was in this week and was very impressed with the selection of bags, shoes, and accessories - I left with far more than I intended to buy; but no regrets! The bag I purchased had authentication with it, and they even sent me home with a generic dust bag to protect it since the original hadn't been consigned. The ladies working were all incrediy friendly and helpful. Great experience all around.

I have purchased quite a few things here and everyone has always been nice. I'm looking for quality and know a deal when I see it. Recently I brought some things in to consign and was disappointed that they took nothing. She said no we don't take that and no! we don't want that! It didn't bother me as much that they didn't want to keep anything as it was the lady's attitude.

I have consigned here for years! Love the personal attention provided as well as the great feeling of purging my closet and making extra cash or finding a new treasure at the store.

I should have listened to the many negative reviews. The one lady others have referred to as mean and unhelpful is absolutely true. She’s not a good person. And Camille. I don’t have many words for Camille. I just don’t understand how she sleeps at night, treating people like she does. This business is crooked. My advice (and many, many others’), take your business elsewhere.

Went in to just look. Found some great items at reasonable prices. Bought two pairs of sunglasses, a dress, and a pair of earrings. The people working were so helpful and nice! Since I'm an out-of-towner, I'm going to keep up with their stock online. So glad I was able to go today.

I like this store they have good selections and good pricing ladies who work there are kind and helpful.. the only thing I can complain about is that I bought a designer bag a year ago and just found out it’s fake ? oh well next time I will do more research on the bag to make sure I’m buying a real one

After my experience just now I decided to write this review. It’s 4:45 I just tried calling to let them know I want to pick up my items in a few days so they don’t just “donate” all my high end items. They rejected the call several times then picked it up voices and everything in the background and hung it up right away and then proceeded to unplug the phone completely. This is my breaking point with these people because every time I’ve been in they are so rude, unprofessional, and have frankly disgusting behavior. I have watched them act this way with other customers right in front of my eyes as well. A lot of the clothes they sell are dirty old and not in style by any means also. My family has sold LV Gucci YSL and more high end designer items with them and I am 100% done. I can see so many people have the same experience with this place by all the bad google reviews and lots of likes on only the bad reviews. This place needs a new owner and an entire new staff.

I came here with designer items to consign, wasn’t greeted but that’s fine, I hung around the cash wrap with my bags and waited for someone/anyone to address me. I continued to wait while the employees at the register fawned over the woman who was purchasing, finally an employee with an unfortunate pink hair situation deigned to look at me and asked “do you need something?” Like she couldn’t understand what I could possibly be doing waiting in line at the cash register. I told her I wanted to consign and she said “let me see what you have” ? at this point my mind is blown that anyone could conduct business this way, but ok, she looks at my items, takes in what she wants and tells me I’m free to go. I have to ask, do I need to sign something? Note I’ve never consigned here before, no one has asked me for my information. She looks at me like I have 5 heads before handing me a form to fill out with my information. In retrospect I should have taken my items and left, hopefully I don’t have to cross paths with this particular employee when I come back to pick up my check, and I will definitely not be consigning here again!

The older blonde lady was SUPER nice and had to make up for the younger MEAN girl. The younger girl was so rude and body shamed both my 12 and 20 year old daughters. VERY hurtful, my daughters are beautiful, smart, STRONG southern women with Christian values and 100% real.

I needed a dress for New Years and a friend recommended this shop. The shop features a variety of dresses from dressy to casual , some famous brand names as well ; plus shoes, handbags, jewelry, scarves, hats, blouses , pants, coats and an assortment of other accessories. There are dressing rooms to try on clothes, prices are very reasonable and the staff friendly. A great place for some higher end apparel as well as department store items most all at reasonable prices

The ladies who work there are so unfriendly and rude. I felt like I was annoying them by shopping there. Not once did they greet me, smile or ask to help. I will not be back to shop at this store. The majority of the clothes are not high end or in trend and were overpriced.

Finally made it to this store after years of driving by as I'm trying to become a consignment first shopper. I can't believe I've never been here before - it's fantastic! Really great quality pieces (I love stores like Uptown Cheapskate, but you have to dig for quality) and reasonable prices. They have a great stock selection too, which I was expecting since it's not a huge store. The women working were also really friendly and helpful. I got two great pieces and probably could've found more if I didn't control myself! Their hugs selections of dresses is especially nice for how hot this summer has been. Will definitely be returning.

Really nice people. Great selection of brand names such as Prada, Channel, LV, and others. Very clean and organized store and has great prices!! Should check it out for yourself.
