This place is awesome. Needed new tires asap and when I called they had the tires right away and even better ones and a little cheaper than the ones I called about. Customer service is really great and friendly. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I would recommend!!!!!!

Cheap tires, only reason I go, but bad quality of service universally. If you have cars with hubcaps or rims you care about this is not a place to go, inexperienced young workers with little training will inevitably ruin them, and sometimes put your life or that of those you love at risk.
The reason I post this review today is not because of the countless cosmetic damages my multiple automobiles have suffered from there, but because I got my wife’s tires rotated on her 2003 Buick lesabre April 14th, we noticed a vibration that seemed to have not been there before. Turns out BOTH the front wheels and the rear left wheel had loose lug nuts (not torqued to spec), that with vibration of driving had loosened up. I retorqued all the lug nuts to 100ft lbs as is required and the vibration is gone, but had that gone unaddressed it could have caused serious trouble.
I emphasize this to the company- if you cannot do it right the first time, you don’t deserve to be providing auto care especially not wheels and tires, if you cannot get torquing a lug nut right, and you can’t get not damaging customer property routinely right, get out of the business. GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Train your employees and make an effort to teach them to sometimes slow down when they need to and to be thorough: it may result in less cars per hour but it will make your service quality higher and less stress on the techs too which will ultimately improve your bottom line and customer retention as well as SAFETY !!!!
To potential customers : if you want cheap tires come here yes, but get your service done elsewhere. They have consistently had problems for years and years at this location with service quality. The customer service people are nice and friendly and helpful yes, but the quality of the work is lackluster.

Went last weekend because my tire sensor was on. Kept putting air in it but it kept coming on. There was a nail in one of them. They removed and repaired it for free. Thought I was good but it came on again. We've right back and there was another nail in another tire. And yep, they fixed that for free too. Staff is respectful and helpful. Nice and clean on the inside.

Always a pleasant experience at this location I must add that the manager Mr. Cleavland is very professional courteous and knowledgeable pretty good at customer service and making sure everyone is updated on the process of the job being performed, I get my tires from them and always get the free rotation and balance. They also have a free tire repair service and air check. They always recommend an appointment so the wait time is drastically reduced. Take away points, professional, team oriented, awesome customer service, timely service, customer focused. They did some recent renovations which really upped the style of the waiting area and seating. They no longer have the rims/ wheels display. They now also provide wheel alignment.

I walked in to buy four new tires on the rear of my dump truck. Paid for them. Was told no longer than two hours. So I left and came back to see they hadn’t touched the truck yet and it had been two hours. I’m pretty livid.
