Visited in June of 2024. Caitlyn was awesome, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and just all around great customer service!!! The service techs got us in and out super fast! Would 100% recommend this location!

Went to this location and stated I possibly had a nail in my tire since the pressure was lower in one tire then the rest was told by the person that came and helped me it was a waste of both of our times to have them pull it in and check it and told me to just top it off and wait. Took it to another shop and they found a screw in it and patched it for me.

Go literally anywhere else BUT here if you ever need tire or vehicle services of any kind. I had a nail in my tire that wasn't fixable so I decided to replace all four. Not only did they not reset my TPMS system like they said they would, but they put not one, BUT TWO of the WRONG SIZE tires on the right side of my car. That ended up causing my TPMS to freak out as if something was wrong. So, I basically paid $450+ just to get my tires incorrectly/unsafely handled and messed up.

Came in today with a flat tire obviously very last minute. They got me a great deal on tires. Employees were nice to my dog :) and everyone was working diligently. Took a little longer than estimate, but manager confronted it before and gave heads up which is more than reasonable. Even text me when car was ready so I could walk my excite able pup while they changed out tire

Just got tires done at this location. I ordered tires through their website and book appointment as well. Tires arrived in time without delay. My appointment went fine, my vehicle was taken into bay 10-15 minutes later after i handed keys. Also work had been completed 13 minutes later than it says on tracking service information. So overall it was an hour. My separate thank you to David, who was very professional and also didn’t try to sell me anything extra, it’s rare in current times. One unfortunate thing they don’t do alignment on Mercedes.

Super quick and efficient. Capable of working on Teslas and had exact tires in stock. Even better, they plugged my tire for free, and it has been working well for the last few weeks.

Came in with a nail in my tire and it wasn’t holding air. Needed a patch and a plug. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Justin is amazing! Excellent customer service and very professional and kind! Thank you so much!

Needed a tire leak checked and read good reviews on this location. All the staff were very friendly from the moment I arrived, without an appointment. Service was prompt and they reminded me I was close to needing replacement tires, but did not pressure a sale. They plugged the hole for free and sent me on my way in under an hour. For these reasons alone I will return to this location for my new tires. It is so rare for women to have a good experience in the automotive world, it really made my day! Thank you and I will be back to support this business.

We have had all of our vehicles serviced at this location for years. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. If you leave your car for service they will text you as soon as it is ready for pickup. We normally buy tires from Discount Tire Direct online when they have a sale, have them shipped to home, then bring them in and they put them on. Includes lifetime rotation! Good guys.

Racial discrimination is real at this place. The gentleman with the receeding hair line and gut thinks that if you're a black female you can't afford your services. Management clearly likes to cover up for their ignorant employees and try to gaslight you into thinking you took things the wrong way. However in reality they are trying to check my pockets. If I wanted i could buy 4 new tires and then some. I've never been to a place where I've been this disrespected, tried and disappointed by the lack of professionalism at this establishment. If you are a minority or a poc please go to Tires Plus or give your car to a man and have him take it for you instead. I will be filing a racial discrimination lawsuit against this place

Service is always immaculate and they are always so nice and welcoming and willing to help out. Being a woman and knowing a little bit about cars, they won't intimidate you into buying something you can't afford or try to upsell you the highest thing just cause you are a woman. They offer the best possible options!
