Went in for a tire repair, they did it quite fast and for no charge. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable and personable, and did a close-up inspection of my car's tires before taking it for the repair. I will 100% be coming back if I end up needing tires or another patch job.

Fantastic service. Got me right in a bay, got my tire patched up, and got me out the door with no charge. All in all it took 30 minutes, will definitely be coming back!

What an amazing store and business model. If they can fix the tire, then they will fix it for free. I love the team at North lake, Chad and others are great. I think the folks that work here are hired following the principles shared here ...they proudly have this in their store.

Friendly, informative, and professional. I came in with a tire leak to get it checked out and redeem the warranty that I’d purchased 6 mos prior.
I didn’t have an appointment but they took care of it quickly, checking the tire in the parking lot and updating me throughout the process with three different employees. Excellent and honest service for a job that they simply covered under warranty.

I've been a Discount Tire customer for nearly 3 decades! My relationship with the Northlake Discount Tire location has been stellar since 2013. My experiences with each manager, customer service professional and technician over this time have always been positive and informative. Currently Chad is the GM and his front end team including Augustine, Alex and Anthony are collectively the best guys in the business!! Always great energy, always seeking solutions to problems from common to complex. I don’t remember the name of the guy who helped me but he so nice and accommodating. I went first thing in the morning in my pjs and didn’t feel comfy getting out. He quoted me and allowed me to pay from the car. He gave me good advice about my about my tires and replaced my windshield wipers. Thank you again! Cool dude

In all the times I have gone to this location for service, I have never been disappointed - from each and every worker there to the honest and quick service I always receive. They are the best.
