I would give them a 4 for the quality of their work, but a 2 for pricing and a 3 for the owner's edge when answering my questions.

This is a great lighting store for vintage chandeliers and lamps. They can also repair and completely rewire back to UL specifications old lighting including replacing the candle like sockets. I found the owners to be very knowledgeable about vintage lighting and accommodating and helpful. It's a good spot to look for that odd or eclectic light that the modern stores simply don't have.

Rude. Went in to ask about a repair and was cut short before I could even finish my sentence. Was also planning to look for a chandelier. Now taking my business elsewhere.

Beautiful fixtures! As a past customer I can report prices have more than doubled in just a year. Etsy and EBay for me.

Dilworth Lighting has rewired two vintage chandeliers for me and did an excellent job. Both fixtures are from around 1910. They were very nice and helpful. I was charged as quoted and the job was finished on time. I have an antique lit globe that I need to take to them now for rewiring.

Not very friendly people that you will come across. They will change on you & change their prices. Do not waste your time. The lady Anna is very rude. Fix your attitudes people!

Owners act like they are doing you a favor just spending time talking to you. Would never go back.

If you want to spend the cost of a car to put on your ceiling, it's the perfect place. I drove thirty minutes thinking it was a lighting store and to find out when I got there they only specialize in antiques. Do a better job advertising!!!

The employees do not wear masks "while they are working inside." There is a sign on the door asking shoppers to wear masks. In other words, they don't care about their customers. Never going back.

Super fun place to look for genuine antique lighting. When you walk in, the entire ceiling sparkles. The sales staff is very nice and doesn't mind if you take your time. If you see something in this show room you're not going to see it anywhere else. We were looking at lighting stores for a week before we showed up at Dilworth Antique Lighting. It's exactly where you need to go if the modern decorative stuff just rubs you the wrong way (and for my part, I don't much care for most of it).Check them out!

I cannot say enough about the great, courteous service that Brian and his team provided with a recent repair. As a contractor myself, It's very important to me that any subcontractors or associates working with me provide the same Superior service that I do. During a recent project, a very larger and expensive chandelier was accidentally damaged when a ladder fell against it. After contacting Dilworth lighting, Brian agree to come to my clients home and complete the needed repairs. The repairs were done properly, safely and with care. The chandelier looks as good as new and my client is very happy. I can't say enough about Brian and the Dilworth Lighting team. I will absolute recommend him to my clients and contractor counterparts. Thank you Brian!
