The experience our company has had with Dex Imaging has been anything but pleasant. The miscommunication between the Dex Imaging team and the blatant misinformation that was given to us is baffling. Our company was told that we would be able to terminate our contract at any time without any fees or fines, just to throw the responsibility onto the leasing bank when we tried to cancel the contract. We would not have signed the contract to begin with, had we known it was under false pretenses. These terms should have been made clear before the signing of the contract.
The experience from start to finish was a disaster. On several occasions, we were overcharged or sent duplicate invoices for a service that was already paid. It seems this company is extremely unorganized and fails to have communication between their own team. I'm sure they do great work, however, the experience I have had personally, was extremely frustrating and had unexpected financial consequences. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company has the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. They cannot supply our printers with the necessary toner to do business. They try to sneak in rate increases and refuse to return phone calls. If you want to go out and buy your own printer supplies, by all means contract with these losers.

Their sales representative, Marty Maddox came into our office asking for the person in charge of our technology, I told him, while in the reception area, to please give me a second so I can see if she was available, this individual literally followed me into my co-workers office before I could tell him she was available or not, which she was not (busy configuring computers). This was out of line and rude of him to walk into someone's office without permission. I suggest the company conducts training for their sales representatives on office etiquette if they want to be successful in the sales department.

Our business was cold called by Joel with Dex Imaging. We don't normally accept cold callers, but the day he arrived I was so busy that I wasn't even able to talk to him about his topic, so made an appointment for him to come back the following day. The following day was a torrential downpour, sideways rain. Our appointment time came and the sky was dark and rain was pouring. I emailed Joel and said we could reschedule due to the weather, but he replied and said he was almost to my office so would be fine. He came in with an associate and they were both drenched! Despite that, they both answered my questions, they spoke in terms I understood, they had reasonable questions for me and said they'd email some information to read over on the machines that they offered. I got the information just as Joel promised and it's right in line with our conversation including references for me to call. I'm not yet certain if we'll go with Dex Imaging, but I did feel compelled to share how my experiences with them went before the contract was signed. I appreciated that they weren't pushy, they listened more than they spoke and they did what they said they'd do. Thanks Joel :-)

Our organization recently contracted with Simile for our copier and printer leases and ongoing maintenance. They provide excellent customer service and follow-up in a very timely manner to all our requests. All of the staff are very professional and pleasant to deal with.
I am very pleased that we moved our business to Simile and I would highly recommend them to other potential customers.

We replaced our Kyocera 4550 at our engineering firm today. Our lease was up, we have grown significantly, and we decided to upgrade to a brand new Kyocera 5551. I am truly amazed at how well the 4550 performed and believe me, we asked way more of it than we should have. Over the four years with us, our 4550 had very few service calls. It was rarely "down", and always produced a quality product. Of course when I did need them, the Simile staff, like our copier, always went above and beyond. We may be upgrading the copier to a new Kyocera, but there is no upgrade for the Simile staff. When you find the best, you stick with it and we have found the best.

Simile Imaging is the BEST Imaging Solution company in and around Charlotte. They are spot on with their service, sales and customer service. Always prompt and available to help. Anyone considering copiers, printers, mfp's and or service should highly consider Simile Imaging.

I have used Simile for the last 13 years and have always been extremely happy with their customer service and sales team. They have always been responsive to finding solutions for our growing law office to make us more efficient and keeping our printing costs down. The Kyocera machines are reliable and very easy to use and train employees. I would highly recommend their services to any growing business.

Their technicians are very prompt in responding to any service needs we have. Management and customer support staff are true professionals. They know their products inside and out!
