We went in because my wife had seen a mirror she loved. Starr greeted us immediately and made us feel right at home. She reviewed color options with us and made the ordering process seamless. She had amazing energy and we would definitely recommend that anyone that walks in to the store ask for Starr!

Visited the store today to look at Herman Miller chairs and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Star who helped guide me through some chair options. The other ladies working there were also super friendly and helpful. It helped so much to actually go into the store to get a feel of these chairs and explanations of all their parts by a professional! I definitely got my eye on a particular one now! Highly recommend this location and definitely go see Star! She made my day!

Ordered shelving and after two deliveries they still haven't been able to get it right. I have ordered from them in the past without issue, but for whatever reason with this shelving they can't get it right.

Just went to browse and see the new shop. The overall feel of the store and showroom feels more like a curated museum than a store. I enjoyed the room concept so much more so that you can envision what items might look like in your actual space.The sales associate was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt like I was being taken care of but not smothered. I will be back!

I recently purchased a Herman Miller chair from DWR. The general manager (Rick) guided me through the process and was a huge help. I was able to fully evaluate the chair in-person before purchasing, and Rick made himself available multiple times after my chair arrived to do a thorough virtual demo and answer follow-up questions I had. If you're in the area and considering such a chair, DWR will take great care of you throughout the process and make sure you get what you need.

I had the absolute best experience coming here for a desk chair. Douglas was very thoughtful when helping me decide which chair best fit my budget and work from home needs. Can't recommend Douglas and this store enough!

Where to begin. We had Rick, the store manager helping us, If you can call it that. Rick was very unprofessional from the moment we stepped into the store, (employee meetings on the sales floor, sitting on furniture on display, arguing about who gets what commission.) We first had Chloe help us, who was phenomenal to deal with, however she needed someone higher up to help us in our certain situation. We were told the manager was not able to help us at the moment due to being in a meeting (aka arguing with a coworker about commission). Flash forward 7 months and the couch we were promised in 3 months never arrived, with little to no communication from Rick about our order. After not getting anywhere and multiple rude conversations on Ricks end, we have decided to go a different route. It's a shame because we love this company and were looking forward to getting this couch. To clarify, this was not a Covid/supply chain issue, this was purely a customer service issue. DWR really needs to check on who they have running this location! I would skip the process of going to this store while Rick is there and call another store or order online. Shame on you Rick for wasting our time!

I keep working with Jim(James) since last year. He listens what a customer wants, tries to help as much as he can. He answers quickly and clearly.I will keep the business with Jim at DWR Charlotte. They have the simple , modern and trendy furnitures and accessories for the entire house. I cannot stop shopping here haha!
