Overall they did a great job. I wasn't just happy about the fact that they didn't clearly state on the phone the hire was for a minimum of 3hours. I had them just for an hour and had to pay for 3hours.

DC Movers LLC Charlotte provided the worst service I have ever received in my entire life in January 2022. These were apparently not true professional movers. Additionally, one of the movers attempted to con me by first campaigning for a tip prior to the horrible service and then manipulating payment methods and calling his manager advising that I had left my credit cards at the apartment I had just moved from (that never happened and I gave no indication that it had happened) in hopes that I would pay with a check (he made a point of informing me that I could use a check more than once-that fact was over emphasized). I could go into detail but trust me this is not a company you want to use. I feel really ripped off however don't have the time or energy to pursue justice in this matter. I just want to move on (pun intended) and feel it is only right to warn others. Try All My Sons or Two Men and a Truck. I've used both of those companies in past and was satisfied.

Horrible experience. They overcharged me, and the service was mediocre at best. I would pay extra with some of the other movers in Charlotte. The contract that you sign regarding your charges DOES NOT APPLY. It took 3 months for a rep to follow up with me after disputing he overage charges with my bank. AVOID!Update: You see the rude tone in the response from the representative? This is how they communicate after getting you to sigh the contract. As I started AVOID.

The two guys that helped us move yesterday were fantastic!!! They were friendly and moved everything in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend DC movers !!

The experience we had was outstanding. I have NEVER used a service before and as a result I was very apprehensive. The process was explained and carried of extremely professionally. All of our goods were handled with care. I was really surprised at the effort thy put into wrapping the furniture with both blankets and plastic. They moved us out of our house and into a 10x10 unit (on the 4th floor) in a total of 4.5hrs for less than $700 and all I had to do was watch and point LOLThanks DC Movers!!

Booked DC Movers to unload a truck a couple of weeks in advance. They were helpful and professional on the front end. But the afternoon they were scheduled to unload our truck I get a text an hour and a half before they’re scheduled to arrive that essentially says “we don’t have enough guys. Sorry” and provided absolutely no further assistance or communication despite attempts to call/text. I had to scramble to find another company to unload my truck before it had to be returned. Do not use this company unless you’re willing to roll the dice on them actually coming! I found it hilarious that if I had cancelled within 48 hours I’d have had to pay $75 but they can bail with less than 2 hours notice and not bat an eye.

I am moved from Raleigh to Charlotte a while ago and I use the services of DC Movers. I didn’t have a Lotta stuff to move but I was too lazy to move it myself. I called them and they were professional and courteous on the phone explained everything to me prices were competitive.They arrived on time they were really fast and efficient. The managed to have it all done in four hours which was really surprising for me. Previous company wanted to charge me almost double what this guys charged me.If I had to move it again I would definitely use DC Movers.Thanks guys awesome job

DC Movers made my move so easy!! Timely and communicated well. Everything was perfectly wrapped and they paid careful attention to some of my antique furniture. When they took the drawers out of my Great Grandmothers dresser they found the bottom had fallen out....and then they repaired it for me on the spot! If that’s not service I don’t know what is! DC Movers is the way to go.

DC Movers were amazing and we highly recommend!!! Wes and Fred were amazing, well informed, super understanding, and careful with our stuff! They were super cool to work with and I hope everyone else will get to work with them as well. They will have a great experience. This was the first time we used movers, and whenever we have to move again, they will be who we call first!

This was a complete 180 from the movers I used before. The packing team was professional and fast - NOTHING was broken in the move. I repeat...NOTHING was broken during and after the move. The movers themselves were equally as professional as the office staff - everything was neat and orderly. They helped disassemble the beds and then put them back together when they got to the new house. Very good movers and would definitely use DC Movers again.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueGreat service, great value. I had to pack up my apartment and move it all into storage. DC Movers were great from first contact to last. I completed the online information and I an email response immediately. The price I was quoted was very reasonable. The day of the move, the movers arrived on time and wrapped all my furniture in plastic since it was going into storage. They took great care in how they handled my things. I will definitely contact them to handle all my moves! Good work Ken and Fred. DC Movers is lucky to have you.

It was last minute with 24 hours left until my move and these guys fit me in last minute!! They were so kind and gracious without being pushy. Without a single doubt the cheapest and best quote I received and with no notice?! Wow! They were right on time, fast, safe, and kind. If you hire anyone other then DC Movers you are messing up and throwing away time and money! Thank you so much for your excellent service I sure have found my forever moving company:)
