I’m a huge David Yurman fan. That’s literally all I wear. I stopped into the South Park store 2 days ago and I met Ronnie ( one of the David Yurman Specialists ) and he was simply a breath of fresh air. Ronnie was attentive, professional, kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the Yurman pieces I was looking for. The store was closing that day so I ran out of time however I happily came back 2 days later and met with Ronnie tonight and purchased another Yurman piece….. I highly recommend this store and if you do visit, please ask for Ronnie…..he’s the absolute best. The other staff members are great as well , but Ronnie is my absolute favorite ?

For years my husband would gift me jewelry pieces from David Yurman, so I have my fair share of jewelry from there. The jewelry itself is nice, but goodness forbid you need a repair or assistance after the sale because it is the worst experience. They do not stand behind their product and you have to pay for repairs after a year AND you have to wait a minimum of 6-8 weeks to receive it back. The same pair of earrings have broken twice now...it's clearly not made well, but they don't care and will still charge for repair on the item. The clasp on my husband's necklace randomly broke right outside of the year mark, we have to pay a nominal amount It's been over a month and still haven't gotten a call that it's ready. They never charge a crazy amount on the repair, so why even charge it if it's just putting a bad taste in your customer's mouth. They don't need to, but yet they still do. My thought is that it's just an additional revenue stream since their jewelry isn't as high quality as they hype it up to be. Now that we no longer buy jewelry from there, I have to say that it's a night and day difference from how other jewelry stores operate. Specifically, I am comparing them to Diamonds Direct which is right across the street. They have never charged me for repairs, no matter how long it's been AND I get the piece back within 1-2 weeks normally. No questions asked. I would expect a luxury jewelry store to operate more efficiently and with more of a customer centric approach.

My husband and I did not feel welcomed at all! We came in for a return with hopes to find something else. We were not greeted by any sales associates upon entering the store. We expressed to the lady associate that we ordered my bracket online and it wasn’t the color we expected it to be once we received it. She replied “ yea well that’s because it’s only $300 “ with a smirk on her face.. excuse me!?!!! she didn’t even offer to help find us something we could have possibly liked even AFTER I complimented her DY bracelet she was wearing. Her response was “ yea mine is 24k gold”… and continued our return. Very dry not welcoming and we felt judged because we “only spent $300” we will not be purchasing from David yurman again. Horrible customer service at this location.

I walked in the store today looking to purchase a gift. Although they were busy not one person greeted me. They could have said hello, someone will be with you shortly. Something. Not acknowledge at all. I walked through the store looking at different pieces. I left went to Neiman Marcus and Tiffany's. I had great service in both stores and they were equally busy. I made purchases from both stores. I think some of these stores underestimate the importance of customer service. I won't be back.

Let me start by saying Paige is awesome! The bracelet I purchased for my daughter as a Christmas gift had a film on the amethyst. When I went to replace the item, there were no associates available. While waiting, Rebecca came directly in front of me and placed a tray from her customers in front of me as if I wasn't standing there. When I mentioned that it was impolite and asked to speak to a manger, she ignored me. The manger advised that the behavior was not discriminatory and she must have been having a "bad day"...... I'm so glad Mary at Neiman's was having a good day because I returned the bracelet to David Yurman and repurchased at Neiman's.

I was in the store for over 15 minutes and not one sales associate acknowledged me. 3 other customers walked in and were assisted immediately in that span. I finally approached one of the sales associates and asked if I may look at something and she replied that she was already helping someone. Did not offer to find someone or be with me momentarily. I have purchased numerous Yurman pieces over the years at Fink’s Jewelers, so I went straight back to Finks and was able to purchase what I was looking for. Will not waste my time here again.

We received terrible customer service. We came to pick up an item that we had already ordered, we were ignored by all the workers (keep in mind, not a huge store). They acted like they did not want to help us. After 15 minutes of waiting, we had to verbally ask someone to help us… ha. We then were welcomed with a bad attitude. If I’m spending my money at a business, I would expect to be treated like a human haha.

We went to South Park for Birthday Jewelry shopping. We went in All the stores and I was not finding exactly what I was looking for. We were about to leave ,when we decided to just Pop in. Rebecca greeted us and she was so helpful. I saw a pair of earrings that I loved,but the stone was not quite what I wanted. She brought out several pairs,not on display and I fell in love. We ended up with beautiful earrings and we ordered a matching ring. The prices were very affordable. The service was excellent. Thank you for turning my day around.

Do not buy any diamond jewelry from this company. All diamond jewelry is paved with Si1 & Si2 white diamonds which is "low quality" for an extremely high cost. Every diamond is cut extremely well which gives the illusion that it's high clarity but it's not!All you're paying for is the name. You would think from such a fine jewelry company that they would use Vvs1 or Vvs2 high quality diamonds but they only use Vs1 particularly on Wedding jewelry only.Overall you're better off going to a custom jeweler to pay a fraction of the price!

I went to the store 7/30/23 around 1:20pm to look for a birthday present. There were two associates helping others, a black gentlemen who was helping a family in the wedding ring area, and a short blonde woman helping a couple towards the back of the store, so I waited around until one of them finished. The short, blonde lady came to the front as she was looking for an item and quickly acknowledged me and returned to finish up with her customers so I continued to wait as I saw she was giving them waters and and wrapping up the transaction. In that time, 2 other parties came in the store. Now mind you, I had been the only one there for a good 15 minutes before other customers arrived. The blonde woman immediately went to help the new people that came in and completely ignored me. I had been waiting for 15min and she knew I was next as she acknowledged me when she was helping her customer. There was no other patrons waiting to be helped when I arrived. I’d hate to think it’s because I’m black but seeing these reviews leads me to believe it was. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience at this David Yurman. Ended up ordering the pave diamond renaissance ring from Neiman Marcus.

2 days now different time of day and no one picks up the phone, have a simple question to save me a long trip to the store. Going elsewhere.
