The staff used to be wonderful but the new staff is just not good. Poor customer service and no communication when they are out of stock, telling the customer that they need to call and check, even with auto refill. SMH. I will be moving all my prescriptions elsewhere.

Whoever was working the counter around 11:00 on 04/14/23 refused my wife antidepressant because "you are to young" and "You don't look like you need it"Her doctor prescribed medication for a reason and she can get withdrawal symptoms if she stops cold turkey.Who does this employee think she is to judge some ones mental health and refuse to give medication prescribed by a professional?YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THE MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!

Phenomenal pharmacist they definitely understand the concerns of the time constraints with work and needing to pick up prescriptions they have gone above and beyond. To help fill mine ever time even at the last minute when they were getting ready to close. I would recommend this pharmacist and the CVS to anyone, anywhere, including every stranger in the world.

They kept giving me the runaround. I waited over 1 hour for a prescription that should have been ready within 10-15 minutes, and still left empty handed. I took my business elsewhere- went to Harris Teeter pharmacy and within 10 minutes I received a text message that my prescription was ready. I will never have a prescription sent there!

Absolutely terrible customer service, stood waiting for a vaccination at the consultation desk and not even acknowledged, and when addressing the woman behind the counter she was rude to me. I understand they are busy but all she had to say was “I will be with you as soon as I can madam” customer service is everything!!!

Five star service. Never have an issue here. RXs are filled fast and communication is great. No drive thru, but it is INSIDE of Target. Highly recommend!

This is the best pharmacy experience I have ever had. Every single staff member I have encountered has been amazing and they have done what they can to make my experience a smooth one. CVS Pharmacy in general is not great but this one is different. Because it is located inside Target, it has been a high performing pharmacy for years. It was acquired and rebranded by CVS along the way with much of the good culture and customer service remaining. The phone tree menu kills me every time though. Please make it stop. Or at least give your regular customers who are unable to use the online app a by-pass code!!!! It feels so disrespectful of my time and energy to have to sit through it every time when YOU are requiring me to speak to a pharmacist and the phone bot is trying to keep me from doing so. One other thing that is a poor experience from CVS in general is receiving texts that I must pick up a certain recurring auto-refill by a certain date or the order will be cancelled while at the same time the pharmacy cannot fill another monthly med until the day after that date. Both are monthly, I take both daily, how does it continuously recur that they get out of sync and are on a different schedule?!? I should not have to come to the pharmacy more than 1x a month.

Terrible, absolutely terrible. Scheduled to do DOT medical and they canceled on me 3 different times!!!! No explanation, nothing! They also don't have DOT paperwork so if you are trying to do your DOT, better to print and bring it with you. That place need to be closed down permanently!!!

I had an infection in my leg and urgent care sent me to the emergency room at the hospital at Steel Creek Road and 160. I was released from the hospital at 6pm on Saturday evening, after they sent 3 prescriptions to the CVS in target on Walker Branch Road. When I got to Target the pharmacy was closed. The only CVS’s which were open after 6pm on a Saturday were in Belmont, NC or Rick Hill, SC, both a good drive from where I was. It’s ridiculous that a CVS near a hospital would not be open past 6pm on a Saturday evening.
