This CVS is disgusting. It’s not properly stocked it’s dirty, exceptionally dirty it’s not a very old facility but it looks and presents itself like it’s been here for 40 years. The employees are disgusting looking there’s holes in the walls. The bathrooms are disgusting. The store manager really needs to get with it.

The Pharmacy registers are always malfunctioning. Do not pick meds from the window. You will sit for over 20 minutes. We requested our meds mailed and waited over a week. They did not mail on the day we called. They mailed 3 to 4 days later. Improvement is definitely required.

CVS located at 4908 Houston Field Ct, Charlotte, NC 28277 which is next to the shopping center with the Whole Foods Market is a well stocked Pharmacy. The shelves were filled, and near when I last visited. Staff were helpful. They have a drive thru also.

My wife pinched her nerve yesterday so showed up at pharmacy opening time of 9am; it was closed as they said the pharmacist was late and it would be another hour to hour and a half before they got in. Showed up again at noon as meds showed as filled, it was not filled as they were on hold w/ insurance. I told them we would pay cash, showed up the third time after online it went back to in process to now filled - it was not ready. One example of countless bad experiences.

On several occasions they have been out of one of my medications. When I called to get the refills I’m not notified that the medication is out. So I wait for days until I call back to speak to the pharmacist, at which point I’m informed that the medication is back ordered. Communication is very poor at this store and they are generally not the most friendly or helpful!!!

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes with only 1 person in line ahead of me and still not been helped. Very poor service. And can I add that their computer system just went down. Very disappointed in this pharmacy!

Stilling at drive thru @ 9:05am. Not open. Additionally once someone come to window. Not able to hear them. Usually have a problem getting medication. Always out of stock.

This location is a train wreck. I only used them because my usual CVS was out of stock for the medication. Getting one prescription filled took multiple days, multiple phone calls and being on hold for over 20 minutes at a time. Totally crazy.

We have had enough with this CVS pharmacy and are taking our business elsewhere. Rude staff and are not trained to read their system. Don't send a msg saying meds are ready for pick up and then tell me otherwise when I get there. Happens to often to keep dealing with this.

Good company, horrible staff at this location. Unhelpful and rude. This may be a convenient location, but it's worth the drive (or even walk) to a nearby Harris Teeter or Walgreens where you will be treated with professionalism and respect.

Finally had enough of the repeatedly terrible service experiences. I'm done. My wife's prescription was supposed to be ready yesterday. It wasn't. She went by again today at 4. Again, not ready. Fine, she'll send me by on my way home. I get there at 5:30 - any guesses? Nope, not ready. They offer to "expedite" it for me in 15 minutes. Ok, great. I'll hang out and look at shampoo for a bit and read the 20' print out of coupons I can't use. 30 minutes later, they call my name that it's ready. I'm already standing there, but she tells me to get back in the growing line of 5 people. Wasn't I already in line? 2 more of those people were told their RXes were not ready either (and they also fell for the expediting ruse). Finally made it to the counter and paid in just under an hour on our 3rd try to pick up. I don't know why we've stayed here this long, but I won't ever fill another RX here or shop at CVS for anything (the main store service is even worse).

I am type 1 diabetic so it is critical to receive insulin on time. I call ahead to make sure it will be available and it never is. I’ve used cvs for 20+ years and have never had a problem until I started going to this cvs.
