If there’s less than one star I would put it .. the pharmacist and the technician (Alitzel) are the worst ever and that’s because they get one medication transferred to them .. so they work a little extra I guess and also the pharmacist and the technician is extremely Racist.. never this location again

Vindy was amazing! She took time to help me with my prescription, walk me through the cost, and then called me later about the prescription so that I didn’t have to wait around! Vindy went above and beyond and was so kind the entire time.

Worst experience I've ever had especially when my child needed her meds tonight! I get in line 10 till 7 to be denied and told we are not filling any more prescriptions tonight. I said what time do you close to the young pharmacist and she said 7 I said in 10 minutes so I'd like my prescription. I then see her say well you should've not been shopping around and been in line and yes "I lost my temper" why because not just me but 3 other people that stood to get meds told the same. I'm sorry it's not a holiday it's a Monday night in April and my child is sick and I'm being told no when you pull the metal gate down on me not cool. I still stand in line while Jasmine takes my name to call the pharmacy on Colon circle to fill which by the way they did it in 10 mins after I explained what happened felt horrible. Do not ever go and get anything from this pharmacy I'd give it a zero for how she treated me and others minus Jazmine who ever you are SHAME son you and you should be more considerate of people that are sick rather than getting home at 7 pm.

While drugstores tend to be the same one after the other, this one is convenient, has a surfeit of parking, and the staff is very polite and helpful. The aesthetics of the store are pleasing to the eyes and ears as well. Whatever you need to find is visible, and they have everything in stock. Would highly recommend-

Had a Covid test scheduled for today. Got there and found out the computers were down. Even though 1 hour before I got a text message telling me to come on down. Then I was told that they couldn't/wouldn't fit me in anywhere and to just go schedule a new one at a different CVS. This, all after already waiting 5 days or so to get scheduled. What's the point? What good is it to know that I have Covid if it's two weeks after I first was possibly exposed? By then I would have recovered. They were friendly, but to lose my appointment when I did nothing wrong and their systems were down is disappointing. And then not putting us first in line somewhere else, since we had already waiting our fair share, is not very helpful or compassionate. However, I do understand that it would be difficult to squeeze us in to other testing sites that are already booked. I don't have a good answer. I just know they didn't even try to come up with one. Other than "sorry please try again" ...

I see why this particular location had a 2.8 star rating...I was the only one anywhere near the pharmacy area and was told three times by the same pharmacist that they would be right with me when two of them weren't with anyone and were in no rush at all with what they were doing ...then a trainee finally came over to assist.

This used to be a good pharmacy. Ever since a certain pharmacist joined this CVS, It all went downhill. I have used this particular CVS pharmacy for at least 15 years now but I will be switching and never coming back again. Avoid this place at all costs. The parking lot is absolutely terrible too.

The pharmacy is awful. We really hate this store. If my employer allowed any pharmacy other than CVS, we would switch in a heartbeat. It is a grinding experience anytime we need a refill.

Ever since drive through Covid testing, the drive through lines are miserable. Yesterday, they locked the window on my wife three minutes before posted break time after she waited over 1/2 an hour. One driver was clocked at window for 17 minutes. After 23 years doing business with them, I am now going to move most Rxs to Express Scripts.
