I got a text message that my prescription was ready. I waited in a long line only for them to tell me that is not ready and ihe text was a mistake. The women spoke to me like i was another idiot customer who was just waisting her time. She basically said that happens all the time and told me to call backmy doctor to.leave another message.. The women had an airpod in her ear and had the nerve me to tell me to speak up. I sat for over an hour and waited and watched them treat every person like they were the scum of the earth and who's purpose is to bother them by making them do their jobs. They made zero attempt to provide anything that resembles customer care. Employees act like they work in a dirty fast food restaurant not a pharmacy. I ask if they had made any progress and they barked at me like I was a dog. I just told.my DR to send to another pharmacy and it was ready by the time I got there... Jesus Christ CVS

The doctor called my prescription in 2 1/2 hours before I went to pick up. The pharmacist said that they didn’t have prescription. I called doctor back and the doctor suggested they check the VM. The prescription was on VM. The pharmacist wanted to argue that they provided good customer service and was indignant about debacle. CVS is not a good option. Use an Independent pharmacy, they care!

I cannot tell you how many times I have received a text message stating that my prescriptions are ready only to get here and they are not.
I have asked SEVERAL times how to remedy this issue and I still have not been presented a solution. If this wasn’t the closest pharmacy to my house I would switch immediately. This is beyond ridiculous and I don’t know who else to complain to get this issue resolved. Tired of coming here and it is a wasted trip!

DO NOT send your medicines here. We have been on hold for almost TWO hours. My mother can never get her prescriptions filled because they won’t answer the phones. Pharmacy is extremely rude and always say you need to call ahead next time but won’t answer the phones.
These photos are from two different phones on the same day.

Absolutely awful. The pharmacist, for some reason, thinks she is able to speak down to people and had an air of superiority. All she had to do was apologize and it would have been all good, but no she had to try chastise someone. First rule of customer service, do not speak OVER people! Also, if you are in a medical field, do you think having long painted fingernails is something that is a good idea? Smh, but what do I know?

After sitting in the Drive-Thru line for 30 minutes waiting to get to the window. They closed the window once I got there. Great job CVS!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The pharmacy is absolutely horrible. They dont care about patients, they just want you out of their faces as soon as possible. They don’t answer phones and they are so rude. No lie. Go to another cvs save yourself some peace of mind. This place sucks. Been coming to this cvs for years now. They suck here

While much of the pharmacy staff is usually very pleasant the few times I've needed a script filled, this past weekend reminds me of why I no longer go to chain pharmacies for meds anymore. With nearly 5-6 people behind the counter, I ended up with a tech who seemed miserable- anyone other than her coworkers was treated like an inconvenience. I've had the same insurance for 2+yrs &yet they couldn't identify me in their system. No solutions offered, no "we recommend you call...", just blank stares. Given that I was really sick &needed antibiotics ASAP on a Sunday afternoon, you'd think there might be a bit of help in this matter. I asked if the script could be transferred to another pharmacy &was told I'd need to have the other pharmacist call. Upon getting to Harris Teeter for another pickup, the pharmacist found my insurance in her system within seconds. She indicated they've had terrible experiences with CVS recently- no one answers the phone, they fax Rx orders 3-4days later etc. Other than the minute clinic, I don't see myself returning.

This store literally makes me sick because they don’t care about their patients, the pharmacy makes no attempt to help sick customers and they’re rude on top of all that . You will feel sicker when you leave than when you entered the store.

Everytime I enter CVS and Nina is there she always add a smile to my face. She's always friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful. I'm glad she back working there and whenever I need anything from CVS I hope she's around to assist. Best employee thus far.

This is probably hands down the worst CVS in Charlotte . Every single day they are short staffed and can’t fill prescriptions until the next . It’s always something! This is the last time I’m using this pharmacy. Lines are always long , bare minimum 35 minute wait time. The worst pharmacy. They should close down since all the prescription request are next day.. never the same day fill.

Abysmal experience at the CVS Pharmacy located on Mallard Creek Rd, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The negligent service and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff left me utterly disappointed and frustrated.
First and foremost, the head pharmacist, Kristin, seems to have no clue on how to effectively manage her team. The pharmacy staff, particularly Aleah and Keris, were not only rude but also displayed a complete lack of empathy and customer service skills. It was evident that they had no interest in assisting customers or addressing their concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
72 minutes at the drive thru?? How is that even possible, and then when I get to the window, the ladies were just standing their gossiping, and then rudely yelled “Date of birth?”
Next time, I decided to go inside, thinking it would be better. I was wrong! The agent at the counter was SLOW, and arguing with a customer about her insurance being the problem and could go somewhere else. I could hear them clearly from the middle of the store by the minute clinic, as it took 45 minutes to obtain my prescription inside. This location is seriously trash. The overall atmosphere of the store was chaotic and disorganized, reflecting the poor management and lack of accountability within the staff. It felt as though the entire operation was running on autopilot, with no regard for the well-being or satisfaction of the customers.
The only saving grace of this CVS location was the presence of self-checkout kiosks in the store area. These self-service options allowed me to avoid any interaction with the incompetent and disrespectful staff, ensuring a smoother and more efficient checkout process.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that the CVS Pharmacy on Mallard Creek Rd is in dire need of a complete overhaul from the ground up. The current management, is failing to provide the necessary guidance and support to their team, resulting in a culture of negligence and rudeness. If improvements are not made promptly, I see no other option but for this store to be shut down to protect the customers from further disappointment and frustration. In the meantime, I am transferring my meds to Harris Teeter where they seem to have professionalism and customer service.
