This cvs has the worst customer service in town. The pharmacy emplyees are slow, rude and the staff do not care about customers. They unnecessarily request paperwork be completed manually, as well as online. They do not try to help customers whose English is not fluent. Talking louder does not get information across better than taking a few moments to explain something. My checking for a flu shot took almost 25 minutes even though I completed the paperwork online. I'll try Walmart next time.

This particular cvs is so gross. I'm going on 10 days of waiting for my medication. When you pull up to the driver thru it's absolutely filthy. You usually will see a pharmacy behind the person helping you, but there it looks like you just pulled up to a run down dirty storage area. I don't recommend. I switched to this cvs because it was closer to my home but I think I'd rather make a bit of a drive for better customer service.

If you need a flu shot and have to come here just do it as a walk in. Making an appointment is pointless. Me and the other guy waiting had the exact appt time so clearly they just don't care. I have multiple appointments and don't time to be waiting forever. Complete waste of my time.

I went to this pharmacy because it’s close to where I live and they had what I needed in stock. When I went to the pharmacy it was about 4 people back there. No one acknowledged me. When the lady finally did, she wasn’t the most pleasant. Seemed like I was bothering her. She didn’t even ask me for my number so I could get my extra care points. Afterwards, I asked her about it because I had a coupon. She basically disregarded what I said and walked off. She didn’t offer to rectify it after I brought it to her attention. I wouldn’t come back to this location unless I had no other choice.

Worst store/pharmacy ever
Long ridiculous wait long time for 1 prescription. I requested a refill and it took 4 hours to get it ready. I never seen anything like it.
So rude and non professional at all.

DISCLAIMER:* this is more about the pharmacy/minute clinic experience
Trying to get on the phone with an actual pharmacist/nurse who works here is impossible because that’s not even the store phone number. The number showing up is their 1800 number and the robot/automated voice is unhelpful because just when you get to the point of think you’re about to talk to someone at the store, it takes in a circle back to where the automated voice began. It’s quite pointless really. If you get on the phone with someone, it’s a customer service rep who doesn’t even live in the same state and they just give you the same number you called if you want to speak to someone in the store. They have the audacity to tell you to call them back if they call you first about test results, yet you can’t actually call them back. Make it make sense.

Rudest people in the pharmacy ever. They have hung the phone up on me have been late opening by two hours because the pharmacist forgot her key then today the lady at the drive thru hit my car twice with the drawer and didn’t even apologize but just walked away. Done with CVS

Bad service at the pharmacy
