CVS, 2929 The Plaza, Charlotte, NC is understaffed, appears to have nobody in control and I waited 2 hours for my prescription because there were only 2 pharmacists and one cashier in the pharmacy. Previously there was a manager who kept the store running smoothly. Unfortunately, after asking, I found that she had been let go. This was a huge mistake. I've filled my prescriptions there for years and usually had to wait too long until this particular manager was hired. Now that she has been let go, it's back to being understaffed and causing pharmacy customers undue wait times. Also, the front cashier barely spoke english. It's not her fault that she was placed in that position. I blame this on CVS!! The previous manager would never have staffed a front cashier that cannot be understood. Most of that store's customers are not Hispanic which proves the prior Manager knew her customers and now, being understaffed, I really hate shopping there!!

Understaffed. Always a long wait in person or on phone. Many times zero communication if issue with prescription or it cannot be filled due to the store not having the inventory on hand.

I LOVE this pharmacy! The pharmacist works HARD for her people and so does the staff! I’ve been going there for years and they have gone above and beyond to help me before and recently! My daughter loves them too (as a teen for her BC -no judgement!) Mostly WOC back there holding’ it down ❤️?

Another CVS location in the trash!! This is absolutely insane!! Not only is the wrong label on the medication, it's not even prescribed to the person they gave it to!! Not only is someone else missing an important prescription for water retention and hypertension, but someone else is probably missing lidocaine patches as well!!

The pharmacist I spoke with, on the phone, was so rude and unhelpful in getting my prescription filled on time, and I am actually baffled that she is able to have her job working in healthcare is extremely serious, especially with helping people getting their medication‘s filled in a timely manner I definitely request that the staff has sensitivity training , and a sense of urgency. I do not not work for CVS pharmacy, please do your job.

My most recent visit was okay and the young lady that helped me was kind and courteous however there are a couple pharmacy techs that aren’t so pleasant to deal with and they are not helpful and they can be rude and seem irritated if you have any questions. My last visit will probably be my last! The customer service at the front of the store is much better and a better experience the young lady was so helpful and went out of her way to assist me with my needs!
