Terrible customer service and the employees are always rude. Avoid at all costs.Pharmacy never has prescriptions ready even when text alerts notify that prescriptions are ready for pickup.

I've been going to this pharmacy for 2 years. Today, I called to get a refill of my prescription that needs to be taken nightly. The girl on the phone was not listening to me when I gave her my name and date of birth (after she asked) and asked me to repeat everything which was annoying but whatever. She told me it'd be ready at 6pm. I said, sounds good, I'll be there at 7 (thinking the pharmacy closed at 8). She said okay and hung up, all while being short and not pleasant on the phone. Just pulled up at 7:11 to find that the pharmacy is closed. This girl couldve easily told me this but instead allowed me to go about my day thinking I had plenty of time to pick up my prescription. I've hated this location since I started coming here because of the customer service, but this was the last straw. Getting all my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy.

"Worst Experience of Customer Service" CVS Pharmacist Dawn was extremely rude & disrespectful to me. She made a mistake, didn't apologize, & then threatened "to meet me" in the parking lot to discuss the matter further. I am very disappointed as I have been a customer at this pharmacy for @ 5 years & have never been treated so poorly. The manger repeatedly apologized for Dawn's behavior. I will pursue this matter with CVS Corporate. Dawn, in my opinion, lacks ethics, manners, professionalism, & training.

It NEVER fails that there is some issue when trying to fill my prescriptions here. I just get my dog's meds filled here, as my meds come by mail. Even when I triple check with them and the vet, still. Always a problem. They are very unreliable and not consumer driven. If there is an issue, you find out when you go to pick up your meds. This location is extremely busy and what appears to be understaffed. That being said, you will never receive a call telling you that there is an issue. They also do not call or text (even if you opt for that in the app) when your meds are ready. I will never go back to this pharmacy. They seriously need to get it together.

This is a review for just shopping for a couple necessary items. We didn't need any medications or other healthcare items, so I can't comment on that. We stopped by on a Friday evening, and there were two cashiers and another front end associate helping customers checkout quickly. They have a large selection of beauty, personal care, snack, and grocery items. There were 5 customers in line in front of us, and I was shocked at how quickly we found what we needed and checked out. Good work getting customers what they need as quickly as possible!

Terrible. Trying to browse on the aisle and one of the employees comes on the aisle talking very loudly on her cell phone as she snatches tags off the racks, she continues getting closer and closer down the aisle to the point where she's standing right on top of me and my baby still screaming on the phone then she bumped into me. Wtf? As I left I heard 2 couples complaining to each other about how bad it was in there

I'm a former CVS employee, 10 year veteran. Trained in both front store management as well as pharmacy technician. The front store has it together. Amazing that there is a self checkout! So convenient and really takes out long wait times for checking out. The front store staff is on point with the customer service. For a big drug store chain, former employee, I felt like I maybe stepped into another dimension when getting my prescription filled here. This is not my usual store for medication, however I had mouth surgery and needed my meds filled at this location. I really felt like I was this couldn't be real, the customer service. I needed a medicine refilled 6 days later, unfortunately they input the rx incorrectly which caused a lot of problems. A tech impersonated a pharmacist intern with me, then Carly the pharmacist was so combative with me over the phone, I couldn't finish a sentence. I honestly thought maybe this isint real and I'm having a nightmare? This can't be real the way she is handling this? I really have so much compassion for retail. They are on the front lines and I did my 20, so I get it. The pharmacy staff though, they really need to be trained and retrained. Be prepared to not be able to communicate if there is any problem. This Consumer Value Store needs help. Keep doing the deal front store staff! You are exceeding in customer service and they have an big increase due to being a vaccine site.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The girl at the window with an ombré was so rude to me at one point I didn't think she was talking to me and left the phone on while barking orders at someone. She told me to call back to help me with my prescription as soon as I got home. I drove 15 min home, called as soon as I got home and was on hold for 30 min. Tried to recall to be told the pharmacy was closed when their hours said they would be open longer. Avoid this place like the plague!!

I have called this store 5 times today. Waited several minutes while the phone rang and each time a woman-the same woman picked up and hung up on me. First she tried to pretend she couldn't hear. . . "Hello, hello!" Then the next few times she just hung up in my face without saying a word. Woman who answered the phone- your behaviouis so unprofessional. If you don't like serving customers then get out of the service industry. And to think I wanted to know is whether they had any toilet paper in stock so that I could be a good human and maintain social distancing instead of wandering in the store when there was no need to be there.

Employees are too lazy to do their jobs. Instead of standing behind the register and checking out people in addition to self service-- they stand inn front of the registers and point to self service. Unhelpful and useless.

This Pharmacy deserve zero Stars. All pharmacy techs need to be retrained with better customer service. They have very nasty attitudes, which this is your job to deal with the public. Incident occurred today when money was snatched out of my hand due to the fact I had an issue with the same pharmacy tech last time. The pharmacist had to step in last time and tell her we did have that medicine in stock when she said they did not and also said it was not covered by my insurance when the pharmacist said it was. That left her with a nasty attitude with me. Made sure I looked at her name tag name with Sara. Will definitely be making a formal complaint. As well as changing Pharmacy.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy of all time. They constantly mess up my prescriptions, and leave me on hold for 30+ minutes when I try to call to fix.

Great location-always find what I need and employees are always nice and helpful! Hopefully this location doesn't get pushed out of the neighborhood by redevelopment

I’m not one for writing poor reviews but dear god. Bathrooms were extremely disgusting, no toilet paper in either men’s or women’s restrooms. The trashes were overflowing, and toilets looked like they’ve never been clean. Not to mention it smelled liked sewage and dirty feminine products.
