Hands down the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Slow service, long waits, incompetent staff, embarrassing excuse for customer service, and the worst delivery process I’ve ever experienced. STAY AWAY! This is in regard to the pharmacy only.

It’s unbelievable how poorly run this pharmacy is. There is one assistant who is the absolute best, but besides her the rest of the team is rude and refuses to answer phone calls. The only time I am able to get something filled is if I go and complain in person.

The WORST pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. I’ve tried so hard to cut them some slack since I know they are short staffed but after almost a year of this, I cannot take it anymore. They are unbelievably slow, rude and have no sympathy towards trying to understand our (guest) perspective. They have messed up my prescriptions so many times now, I honestly don’t think they read what is being sent in. One of my prescriptions is a controlled substance and they make it so unbelievably hard for me to get refills, even when I know my doctor is sending it in within the correct date range. I went today to go pick up 3 medications that were sent in Friday morning and only one of my prescriptions was filled and ready. They completely disregarded my other prescription that I need to take before I start taking the one they gave me, so now the only one that’s ready is completely useless to me until I get the first one I needed. The 3rd one they just never filled in time and when asking why, their excuse every time is “I don’t know.” It took me saying something for them to actually do it. Now I’m completely screwed over because I won’t have time to get everything before I leave for a work trip. Beyond frustrated with them and will never come back.

That African American pharmacist is on a power trip. She was rude, unprofessional, won't fill certain meds until 4pm. She eas nasty to her fellow employees.

My oh my! My lesson from this experience is:read reviews first. I had worked at a CVS with 2 pharmacists and no assistants. We were like clockwork so I had no problem thinking I could transfer my scripts cause this store was convenient. Called on a refill on wed. Said it would be ready Mon.? Called 3 other Rx into my old pharmacy at around noon on wed and they called me on the same afternoon saying they were ready. I heard that corporate wise CVS was not well.
Then there's the retail end where ya got to call an associate to buy a bar of soap? Over zealous theft patrol checking bags too? I recommend they shut down for Walgreens .

Walked in today trying to get something done to have an employee stare at me at the register and continue scanning her shelf restock down a far aisle. without so much as a be right with you. No one else to be found, and she didn't care to stop what she was doing. 3 customers, including myself, walked out over this . Was sad to see

Excellent customer service very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I didn’t expect such a pleasant experience Using MoneyGram for the first time, the store clerk helped me through the whole process!

As others have commented, the pharmacy associates’ attitudes are pretty tough. A little kindness, respect, or giving any kind of indication of caring would go a long way when the people you’re dealing with are coming to you for medication of all things. Smh… no need to be abrasive and add to the stress of sorting out insurance and costs.

Not opened the time listed on the website. And the I asked the target worker if she knew what time the pharmacy opened. Clueless and gave me a random time. WALMART behavior

This pharmacy is terrible. Our vet called in a refill for our dog. They never answer their phone, so our vet left a voice message. We even tried calling to see if the refill was ready after two days since we never got a notification from them. Again, they don’t pick up their phone so we decided to just stop by the pharmacy. It was 15 till close and they were already leaving. We asked if they had the refill ready, they said they didn’t get a call from our vet. We told them that our vet left a voice message and asked if they could check, they didn’t even bother to. As a result, our dog went days without his pain meds thanks to the incompetency and laziness from this pharmacy. We have since switched pharmacy for our dog (goodbye CVS) and are a lot happier and satisfied with the services from Cannon Pharmacy.
