If I could give it 0 stars I would, called to transfer prescribed pills from another cvs and she told me she can't help me because there were no technicians and hung up without letting me answer 2 times in a row!! Horrible customer service

Terrible pharmacy customer service. I waited for half an hour.Nobody cared. So I went to the Walmart pharmacy. They are more interested in the customer there.

The Pharmacist is very rude. Talk over you and gets frustrated when you don't understand her. I asked for a manager, she would transfer me. I need help setting up something for my grandmother and once she sent the link, she cut me off and hung up the phone. Me being in the medical field l know you can get frustrated, but this was just rude as hell.

A one is too high a rating fir this place. They know absolutely nothing about customer service. For example, today I stopped a manager to have something removed from a locked case. Instead of unlocking the case and taking it to the register, she told the already busy register worker that the case needed unlocked. I'm watching as people continually get in line at the register. So I get in line so that the young lady at the register can come with me to unlock the product. She does so, walks back around the counter and instead of checking me out, she proceeds to check people out who had gotten in line when we left to go unlock the product! After she rings out the first person,she informs me that I have to now get at the back of the line. REALLY? I ask to speak to a manager and the manager asks me what do I want her to do about it? After realizing that I was speaking to people who know little, if anything at all, about customer service, I waited. I have made complaints to regional management before to no avail. This location is incapable of meeting customer demands.

Hey CVS. Thought you should be aware. I scheduled a Covid test a week and a half in advance, for texts the same day of my appointment reminding me to come to it...only to get for a closed drive-thru, go inside and be told that ALL the techs are sick with the VERY thing we are getting tested for, and that they won't do any testing for a while. When I asked them why we weren't notified, we were simply told that we would be notified once the system notified us...after we had already showed up for our appointment!? We were also given a number to reschedule the appointment, which we dialed, went through the processes, only for the automated system to tell us they can't reschedule over the phone, but could schedule a new appointment. So we pressed THAT prompt, and were informed that they don't actually do scheduling over the phone!So, at this point, I am very upset and called corporate, asking kindly to speak with a supervisor. I was transferred by a very helpful customer service rep...to a number that was disconnected!!The only reason we were getting tested was so my wife could go back to her college classes. We were informed by the school that if we do not promptly show tests results, there would be disciplinary action. So, if disciplinary action is taken before our next Covid test (assuming CVS doesn't cancel and then not tell us again), please be prepared to be held accountable in a monetary fashion for the classes we might have to be reimbursed for.

I have being a customer for over 10 years. This pharmacy is very knowledgeable and caring especially Scott. He's one of the best pharmacist because he really cares. He knows your name your family and their needs. I appreciate them so much. If you want to go to get your prescriptions filled with accuracy and great customer service, this is the place. Thanks for all you do.
