Waited in the parking lot since 7:55, saw the employee walk in at 8:01 with a plate of food even though sign and online says they open at 8. At 8:10, the doors were still locked to the public. 4/4/24

I’m genuinely unsure how this store/pharmacy is still open. They don’t answer the phone. It takes 2-4 business days to fill a script. They have no sense of urgency and are never apologetic for the ridiculous delays. After my last experience where my doctor filled my script at 9 am, and I didn’t get a text saying it was ready so I called in at 6 PM and I’m on hold for … 30 min no one answered. I drove there (still on hold) and went to the pharmacy— nothing wrong with my script they were just “behind.” Please shut down until you can hire additional staff.

Sitting on hold again, hung up on 3 times and tried about 7 times so far. Not to mention the literal hours I have sat waiting for a prescription. Please get some staff FFS. I called another cvs, picked up immediately and had everything resolved in 3 minutes. Don't go here.

Thank you for hiring a cashier who knows how to talk and have a friendly conversation. It seems so simple yet so hard to find nowadays. The young man working the cash register today was very polite and nice to talk to. Makes all the difference in the world.

Listen, if your doctor accidentally calls in a prescription to this location just cancel it, accept the wasted time, and go somewhere else — trust me, it will be much less painful than actually showing up here, being ignored while the people in the pharmacy joke around with each other and ignore you, and having to wait because your prescription still isn’t ready even though they’ve had plenty of time.

Pharmacy customer service is horrible. I called them three days in a row and finally left a detailed voicemail about transferring a prescription. I finally had to drive down there and talk to them face to face. Even then they did not have my prescription ready on time. Only helpful pharmacist was Macy. She got me an emergency supply while I waited.

Terrible customer service. They hung up the phone on me twice and acting like didn't happen. If I stop by acting out then I'll be wrong.

Was recommended to use CVS for a prescription and use GoodRX. First visit through drive through was slow but fine and they accepted the coupon. 2nd visit was a 15min wait in drive thru only to be told I had to come inside to use goodRX because it “holds up the drive through”. Nobody was behind me. Went inside to wait behind 10 others for extremely slow service. Never coming here again

Waited on hold three separate times and was hung up on while trying to provide insurance information (this took a total of an hour to solidify) and then myself and a line of five cars sat in the drive through for over an hour with zero movement. I tried to call the store to ask if someone was helping the drive through line and I’ve now been on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer, they keep answering and putting it immediately back on hold without saying anything.100% call in your prescriptions somewhere else - I’m missing a class tonight because they can’t run their business effectively.

called the pharmacy, sat on hold for 10 minutes. as soon as somebody picked up, they hung up the phone. called back, sat on hold for 30 minutes with no answer.

Poor customer communication. Made appointment for flu and Covid booster, took time off work and drove 30 minutes, after checking in at the counter and waiting 20 minutes, I was told they ran out of the Covid booster the day before. No apology from anyone for wasting my time.
