I’ve never had so much trouble getting medication for my moms. These pharmacist. At this Pacific CVS are hella rude & lazy you literally gotta wait 10 to twenty minutes if you go inside just to get your medication. it’s like you not even standing there in front of them. like they can’t even see you or something & if you thinking about going through drive through like most places this cvs on Wilkinson you gotta wait ten to twenty mins just to see someone at drive through window. It’s a shame it’s three women back there just talking & mad rude & lazy it’s like they too completely comfortable & I seen other customers upset as well. The check out area in front people are really nice people. But if you want your medication go to the one on central part of Charlotte.

As I write this review, I've been on hold now for 35 minutes. Haven't yet spoken to the first person. Need I say more?

First off I want to say, the pharmacy staff here are quite nice. It seems like they are really understaffed, which you can see from a lot of the reviews here. If you need a script filled quickly, my advice is don't come here. But seriously I hope a CVS GM sees this because this location desperately needs another pharmacy tech.

Went for my Covid and flu vaccine. The pharmacist was very fast and beyond nice. I hate hate needle but I could barely feel when I received both of the shoots. Will definitely go back there for all my medical needs.

This CVS is close to my work and easy for me to pick up my prescriptions. The last 2 times I’ve had my medications called in, one of which I need daily or will get sick, has taken them HOURS to fill. If you call, no one answers the phone as I’ve seen in person while standing and waiting to pay, and also while calling and getting stuck on hold. There is absolutely NO customer service in this location whatsoever

This CVS is close to my house so it is convenient for me to get to before work. My insurance is CVS Caremark. So I have to use a CVS . All I have to say is there is no customer service at the pharmacy . From the back phones there asking my birthdate and name . I think there should be some confidentiality. No one ever has a smile . Corporate should either train better or know how it is ran . No one should have to trade convenience for customer service ! It’s is cold and unwelcoming .

Pulled up to the door 5 minutes before close. Just arrived in town, and needed water for my CPAP. That's it. There was a guy that saw me pull into the first parking spot. He quickly ran to the door, and switched OFF the automatic door feature, and disappeared. He did not lock the door, because he would have been in full view of me, but by switching it off, he thought he was being sneaky.

You just didn't want to help one more customer. But this one left a review. Tuesday 11/5/19
