Left the ER to pick up A breathing treatment and steroid. Online states the pharmacy closes and store closes at 8 PM. Called at 7:45. They were already closed. Had no way to retrieve the prescription until the following day.

This pharmacy is awful, how dare of them to have a patient waiting 2 weeks for medication. No calls to say it's not in stock, I had to call them. Then, the guy so rudely say oh it will be next week with a attitude. I would not go to this location unless it convenient, and they close too early. What a shame.

This branch would benefit from a customer service training class. The store associates are NOT welcoming, NOT helpful, NOT focused on doing their job at all. I’m not sure how this store is still open and most importantly corporate needs to step in.I skimmed over the previous reviews stemming from almost 4 years ago of and I see the same rude / tasteless behavior exhibited in 2024. This is the worse CVS in Charlotte.

The most disgusting experience I’ve seen from a pharmacist! The lady with red dreadlocks that works in the pharmacy was extremely rude to a Hispanic customer who came in to ask for help. The pharmacist with red dreadlocks told the Hispanic lady that she doesn’t “do” Spanish and that she must SPEAK English to her … although the pharmacist may have not spoke Spanish, there is a way to speak to customers. I noticed the lady had a list with names on it of medicines, and the pharmacist steel was very rude and very unprofessional.

Pharmacy was closed even though the website said it was open and I was scheduled to receive a flu shot. Apparently they just were randomly closed for the day. Tried to reschedule my appointment at another CVS or at a Walgreens but I couldn't because the insurance already showed I got a shot here. Because they were closed I couldn't get them to resolve the issue. Do not go to this location at all.

Was not greeted, heard and entire conversation about chicken, was not acknowledged at checkout until I asked if it was appropriate to step to the counter, very few items on the shelves to choose from. The person leaning on the counter should have been stocking shelves in her free time. Very unpleasant experience.

Pharmacy staff doesn’t care about your health. I walked in today at 1:28pm to pick up a prescription. I didn’t know they closed for lunch at 1:30. The tech told me she would not assist me because there was one person ahead and she was hungry. I explained that I was leaving town right now and would run out while gone (today was the earliest it could be refilled). I had my $10 in hand and she still wouldn’t help me. To add insult to injury, it was 1:30 when I got back in my car. I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

This is absolutely the WORST pharmacy I ever been to! The staff is lazy, they close the window on you when you walk up. They all be back there playing around and not caring how long you stand there. They messed up my medicine, please count your pills I was short 10 ten pills. Sad you have to count your meds before you walk out! Bunch of thieves, I already put in a report. Those ladies should be fired, who ever is running this place need to hire new staff. I would recommend you running far away from this place!
