Rude, rushed, and unprofessional.I called to check to see if they have the medication I needed in stock. I was quick and to the point, considerate that they may be busy. The woman who answered the phone cut me off several times and treated me like I was the biggest inconvenience to her day. She was appalled at me when she asked a question I didn’t understand. It took me 3 tries to get in contact with this location and the woman spoke to me for less than one minute.I consider this incredibly poor customer service and am honestly glad that they were out of stock of my medication. Is this is the phone service that they provide, I would hate to deal with the face to face.

Terrible. They are rude and poorly trained. Our daughter had a prescription called in for eye drops for pink eye. My wife went there and the woman behind the counter said they didn’t have any within 20 miles despite the system saying it was being filled. THEN, the pharmacist came over said they did have it, but it was closing time.

The couple in front of me were told that they didn’t have any medication waiting and then were told that it had been reshelved. They twice told the pharm tech that they had been to pick it up two days ago but the computer system was down and that was why they had to wait until today. Without any further explanation, she told them that it would be ready tomorrow for them to pick up. The couple did not speak English very well which is why I assume they didn’t challenge her. In reality, this was almost two hours before closing and there was no offer made to fill it while they waited. Additionally, the pull-down door was already lowered in front of the area where the pharmacist works so the tech was the only person anyone could interact. I have been doing business with this pharmacy since before it was CVS but it seems there customer service has consistently declined over the past year or so. This will probably be my last refill with this or any other CVS.

Worst pharmacy ever. They said they don’t take my insurance, which my insurance exclusively uses CVS/Caremark. Funny thing, I had just picked up a prescription a week before using said insurance. They are unprofessional and rude. I will gladly drive to the one near uptown to get stellar service. Stay away from this CVS.

This is the most unprofessionally run pharmacy. They won't pick up the phones or will keep you on hold, hoping you will just hang up. When you go to the pickup window, they will leave you standing there pretending not to see you. They forget that without their customers there won't be a need for them to be there. I will be moving my family's 11 prescriptions to Walgreens.

Hands down, the worst pharmacy I've ever worked with in my life. All the pharmacists, every single one (and that's not an exaggeration), are without a doubt the rudest and most uncouth pharmacist techs. They'll pick up the phone but refuse to take a refill prescription unless it's through the app (which have the time doesn't work) and get fiesty and smart-mouthed when they have to take it over the phone. I am 100% done with this pharmacy and shame on CVS. Read the reviews. We all say the same thing. Stay away!

Pharmacy staff are rude, arrogant, and especially lazy. The entire staff should be removed. I advise never use this location as I will be filing a complaint with Caremark for review. Disgraceful

Terrible service at this location. The young woman who was working at the counter was rude and loud. Moved away from the counter and spoke loudly from another computer where I could no longer see her - never telling me that she was still taking care of me. I don't know what kind of day she was having but she left a bad taste for the customer service at this store pharmacy!!!!

The staff is so rude and not willing to assist and attitudes are very nasty and they talk to you any kind of way as if they do not want to help you it's really sad as I'm writing this I'm waiting on my prescription and can hear how rudely they are talking to people trying to pick up their medications

This location is very busy, but has less staff to take care of patients, though the ones I met when I went there were all 5=star employees. Management needs to encourage them.

I am new to the Charlotte area and I am never quite sure what to expect when visiting anywhere for the first time. I knew that my prescription requests and needs weren’t going to be simple, so I was half expecting some pushback when going in. However to my huge relief and pleasure the ladies were very prompt, patient, professional, and helpful. I was extremely pleased with my visit today. Grateful and thankful for a smooth transfer and pickup.

The pharmacists/ pharmacy techs are so rude and smart mouth. Just because they hold a degree they think they are better then you. The entitlement I swear. I’m changing my pharmacy.
