The technicians are so sweet and genuinely trying there best. The pharmacist working when I came was extremely rude to both the technicians and the customers. She hid in the office for 20 minutes to eat lunch when the store already closes for an hour for that reason exactly. No one could fill any prescriptions while she was having her tantrum forcing 2 technicians to service 15+ employees with no pharmacist. Do better. Value your employees

Don’t bother to come here get your prescription sent somewhere else or you will spend 30 min waiting in line to pick it up

Pharmacy staff incredibly rude and unfriendly. I also Got a text my prescription was ready get in line and had to wait an extra 20 min.

This review is strictly for the pharmacy department. Everytime I go the pharmacy the staff is so incredibly rude, this time the lady in front of my turned around and said if they would stop arguing about the medication it wouldn't take as long arguing is just going to make it take longer. Everyone in line felt the staff was incredibly rude to the customer at the front of the line for absolutely no reason. The last time I picked up my medication the lady tossed them forcefully on the counter and acted so irritated that I asked to use my goodrx card she turned around and said well that will take me 15 minutes to reprocess and LEFT me standing there. I do not understand why this location consistently has issues being rude to their customers. I do not feel comfortable even having my medication refilled here. I can not and will not return because of their pharmacy staff. I will say the ONLY person I talked to that was not rude today was the young girl who rang me up. Otherwise the pharmacist or whoever was in charge of filling scripts today was not having a good day and made everyone in line upset.

No one ever answers the phone and even when I’m on hold for over 10 min, my call gets suddenly ended or no one ever picks up.

CVS is extremely understaffed. I can understand being understaffed but being rude is a whole different matter. Here's a good example. CVS Computer system went down. The problem I have is that I went to the pharmacy because I had scheduled to have pneumonia and flu shots. Several people were standing in line. The people at the pharmacy were just working away they saw all these people standing in line and not once did they tell us that the system was down and they couldn't do anything. The only way we found this information out is with the lady at the front of the line who started yelling do y'all not see us what is the problem? Only then did a young man come and say our system is down and we can't do anything. This is not the first time that I've had had problems with CVS because they're understaffed. But as I said, in the beginning, being understaffed and rude are two different things.

Drive thru (BOTH LANES) needs to be opened during normal Pharmacy hours. Customer Service here is HORRIBLE/TERRIBLE, nobody smiles, nor nobody can answer your questions. One girl in the back who looks pregnant weave ponytail NEVER and I do mean NEVER Smiles, never eager to help, this CVS needs to be shut down, and brought back to life with workers that are very professional and willing to assist. they are not fast at all, nor does anybody look like they’re willing to help, workers move like a snail and don’t care if they have pep people standing in line, the wait time to receive my medicine is 30 mins to an hour..RIDICULOUS!!!!! I don’t care if they are short staffed, need to hire more people for this, This CVS is extremely busy and they need people adequate and professional enough to handle it. Guy working there put up medicine for 30 mins before he even opened up the 2nd register..No customer service whatsoever!!!! Customers come first!!!!!’ I expected him to put down what he was doing and handle/take care of his line and when he was able to get a break on his line go back to what he was doing!!!! The hold time for anybody to even pick up the phone is atrocious!!!! This CVS really needs to be looked at, if this CVS wasn’t so close and convenient to my house, I swear I would have changed to Walgreens, Publix or even Walmart for that matter!!!!!

I'm very disappointed on how unprofessional \\u0026 rude one of the pharmacists treated my family at this location. She yells out patient's name, name of medication, and what they do.\\n\\nShe has the worst attitude.\\n\\nShe does not respect the privacy of each individual. I'm not sure about her name because she did not wear her name tag (for obvious reasons) I believe she is Latina or possibly Filipino.\\n\\nI would highly recommend you to go to another location if you don't want your private business yelled out to all the people inside the store to hear. Have some respect for your customers or you will continue to get these types of complaints.

I have had a few bad experiences with CVS, but this location was wonderful! They went above and beyond expectations. thank you to the pharmacist who helped me and thank you to CVS at THIS location!

So slow and every time I come here they are not doing anything and are super inconsiderate. I wouldn't recommend this CVS. Definitely the worst I've been to.
