An order was placed by my doctor on 12/13/2023, waited an entire week to get a call back. Called my doctor and they confirmed the order had been accepted.Call pharmacy on 12/20/2023 and phone rings for nearly an hour; ring so long that I have enough time to put clothes on go up to the pharmacy and wait in line for them to tell me that they don't have it ready because my insurance is not accepted at this particular pharmacy.You can only imagine how infuriated I am due to the lack of customer service and the wait time to find out that they don't accept my insurance and there was no call. No message, no tax so nothing completely irresponsible and unprofessional.I was provided with the option to pay out of pocket, in which I chose to do because the cost of the medication was not to astronomical. Astronomical I think the greater frustration is waiting with no type of response from the pharmacy and really no compassion from the staff and the answer. The gate was were short staff. That's why we let you sit on hold for almost an hour and not pick up the phone.I will more than likely change my pharmacy!

Black lady at the counter is super rude. Seems like she hates her job (not my fault she works there) she kept making RACIST comments to her coworkers while I was there saying “Spanish people” this and that! She thought I didn’t speak English! TERRIBLE!!

They keep sending me messages with the first 3 letter of medications that are not mine or I’ve told them many times I no longer take it many times. Waste of time.

I have to find a new pharmacy. This place is ridiculous. On two occasions they couldn’t find my medication. On one of those occasions it had literally been sent from the minute clinic INSIDE OF THE SAME STORE. It is literally a better use of your time to drive further to another pharmacy.

Thus is by far the worst pharmacy in Charlotte. The drive thru makes no sense. It takes 15 to 20 minutes from the time you get to the window to get your meds that already "ready for pickup".Nobody really seems to know how ro do their job. Medications will be on hold with no info in why. Sit on hold for 20-30 mins to find out they don't have in stock and you need to get it from another pharmacy.

I hate going to this CVS. I called them multiple times they never answer the phone. I was on hold for about an hour. I decided to drive up there then they finally answered the phone when I arrived. They said I had to come back tomorrow to pick it up because it was an hour till they close. I was in dire need of this prescription. I was trying to get in contact with them all day and nothing. They were also very rude. I was persistent and told them I've been waiting for them to answer the phone all day because I was at work and couldn't drive up there at the time. I was trying to call them so I could just go up there and pick it up as soon as I arrived before they closed. They had an attitude with me but agreed to get it to me that day and told me to wait 45 minutes. Another day I went up there. I was waiting in line for my prescription I heard two employees behind the counter laugh when the phone was ringing and said that they are not worried about it they're not picking it up. They can come inside. I avoid this place as much as possible but since it's the only convenient one near my house, I have to deal with this pretty often. I understand that everywhere is shortstaffed and we are in inflation, but that doesn't mean you have to be rude. I work with customer service, and this is not how you act.

This has been my go to CVS for the last 9 years but I think it's time to look elsewhere. With so many new developments that have abs will be built, there is always a long line. With such a small store, it gets to be a bit much. The staff always look overwhelmed. They typically do the best they can but can get a bit testy at times. Hopefully, there will be a bigger location once all of the new construction is done or things will get much worse.

Weird... picking up prescription took 30 mins. They only have one person working at a peak time at the pickup register. There are other 3 people at the back looking at the long queue but not coming forward to help.

Always understaffed. Make sure you block a few hours out of your schedule if you are waiting on this pharmacy.

Pharmacy is never staffed. It’s been YEARS and nothing has been done to hire enough staff. Currently the inside of the pharmacy is closed with no explanation just a hand written sign with sharpe marker. How professional! The drive up line is currently wrapped around the building all the way out to the nearby gas station. Pharmacy is always saying prescriptions are ready before they are and then we are sent home to wait and then come back out. Enough is enough. Fix the problem!!!
